Louise X Logan ~~ Why him? ~ Bobs Burgers ~

- Chapter 10 -

Louise's POV :

oh shit.
It landed on me.
Rudy and I have to go in the closet.
But I love Logan, not Rudy..
I don't want to do anything with Rude, we're buddies, not lovers.
I mean, it's just a game right?? Plus I AM single...
Aren't I?

No..no...noo... don't be ridiculous Louise..
Despite the fact that Logan and I aren't an official couple, I think it's heading down that road and I don't want a silly game to jeopardize that possibility. 

- Alright, get in there ya lovebirds
Zeke says whilst opening the closet door.

Rudy stands up a puts his hand out, gesturing to come with him.
Logan stands up and says..

- Louise, I feel sick, help me home? 

- Can't it wait a few minutes..
Rudy said shyly

- No Rudy. It can't.

I knew Logan was feeling fine, he was just trying to get me out of there..

- Really quick.
Rudy said.

He grabbed my hand and pulled me into the closet..

- W-wait Rudy st-

As soon as we got in there Rudy held my hands, as if he was going to confess something..

Regular sized Rudy's POV :

Okay Rudy, you're going to tell her how you feel.
Then you two will do seven minutes in heaven and you'll live happily ever after.
I kept telling myself in my head it would all work out.
I grab her soft, warm hands and begin to say...

- Louise, I-

Then.. the worst thing happened..

- FIIREEEE!!! 
Tina yelled.

Logan's POV :

I couldn't let this happen, I could tell Louise didn't want to do anything with Rudy.

- I'm gonna go to the bathroom..
I told the group.

Once I left the room, I took a lighter from the kitchen and lit a paper towel on fire..
As soon as the fire alarm started ringing I put it out..

Rudy and Louise come out of the closet...

- A-are you sure Tina??
He asked, looking for reassurance.

- YES! YES! I SMELL SMOKE!
Tina yelled.

Everyone ran out Rudy's house and Louise called the fire department.
My plan had worked.

After a while the fireman came outside..

- Did the fire damage anything?
Rudy asked. 

- There is no fire..
Said the fireman.

- But we smelled smoke and the alarm went off.
Said Jimmy Jr.

- Someone lit this paper towel then put it out immediately. We have real fire emergencies so no more playing with fire and wasting our time.
The fireman said.

Everyone looked at me.

- Oh my gooodd..Logan.. you were literally gone when the 'fire' started.
Jocelyn said.

- Logan! You ruined my birthday party!
Yelled Rudy.

I lost control... I couldn't hide it anymore..

- LOUISE IS MINE NOT YOURS!!!
I yelled.

I didn't know what to say.. everyone looked shocked, except Louise.. she looked worried..

I didn't know what to do so I grabbed my skateboard and left.
I could hear Louise calling out for me and even trying to chase after me but I ignored her.
I didn't want to ignore her but I was too embarrassed. 

Once I got home, I cried.
I never cry.
I thought I messed up my chances with Louise.. until I heard my mom yell from downstairs..

- LOGAN! SOMEONE'S HERE TO SEE YOU!

I went downstairs expecting Clay or Jeremy.. but then, I saw her..
Standing in the doorway, looking beautiful..
I could see tears running down her face..

- I-I'm gonna leave you two alone..
My mom said whilst leaving the room.

- Louise? What's wrong..?
I asked.

She said nothing and started crying even more..
I grabbed her, and held her close.

- Come upstairs..
I said.

She nodded her head, still saying nothing.
