I had successfully performed a text book exchange when Izuku came up to double check my work. We had worked diligently for almost two hours when a familiar face came to send us off.
"Thanks manager!" Izuku thanked again as we headed out.
"Did you know he was going to come tonight?"
"I didn't. Good thing you decided to stay a while, he wouldn't have minded, but it was a good look that you stayed."
I mentally pat myself on the back. "He cares what's important to the students.. that's cool."
  "That's Tenya for you."
  "Are you guys close?"
"Sort of, yeah. He's in some of my classes. He must've covered an earlier booth session before coming over."
"Wait, he's not like.. older older?"
"Pfft. I'm pretty sure I'm older than him."
"Oh.. huh.. maybe it's the glasses.." I feel bad that I thought he was old.

Time to see what this expo thing is about. Izuku had to head back to his place first so I got a head start, sending Shinso an eta to meet at the booth Eijiro had recommended. We can go to the one he wants me to check out afterwards.
As I arrive to a blocked-off street between class buildings, I see tent after tent of clubs I couldn't've even imagined existing. After surpassing a support items club with an overly enthusiastic recruiter, I both simultaneously spot Katsuki and feel a warm hand by my side.
"You're here."
I look up into bicolored eyes. With how he scooped me, our lower bodies were close and I could feel his heat. "O-of course! Do you know how many bathrooms I went into for this?!" I say a little too loudly to passerby stares.
He has the slightest smile as he steps back. Ah.. the loss of contact is immediately missed. What was he thinking out here in the open like that?
"..And it's a great turn-out, don't you think?" It's subtle but he's definitely content, its actually a cute look for him. It's been fun pushing his emotional range since we've met.
"Mhm. So are you recruiting people at the design booth or something?"
"No, Momo is handling that. I get to actually check out the expo."
Momo? "Great.. then come this way. I already found what we're signing up for." I tug at him over to Katsuki.
As I excitedly reach the booth, red eyes find mine then swing over to Shoto, narrowing instantly. "You're not welcome." He says flatly.
I look over at Shoto who seems to recognize Katsuki. "You two know each other?" I ask, not that I haven't noticed, but because I want to be filled in.
Instead of answering, Katsuki leans back in his chair, arms crossed, and yells out to someone. "Oi, shark teeth. Man the table."
Another familiar face pops up. "Nah bro, I'm good-" Eijiro cuts off when he sees it's me. I hear my name called and feel both Katsuki and Shoto look at me. Their faces read: He knows her too?
I do a little hop and answer, "I didn't get to send an email earlier, I just came out of work.." I see a scowl on Katsuki's face. "Um.. so can we get a couple of applications?" I tilt my head towards Shoto indicating him as the other part of the we.
Eijiro reads the 'room'. Slowly grabbing applications to hand us, he scans from Katsuki to Shoto and back. One is visibly annoyed while the other is coolly oblivious, which pisses off the first even more.
"Actually, could I have a third one?" I try to break the unexplained tension. .. I heard three Why?'s in unison. I furrow my brows as I feel and dig for my vibrating phone. "Because I'm going to hand it to a fri-"
"There you are."
Now this is getting comical. I feel the judgment as yet another voice 'joins the chat'.
"Yep, here, take an app." I hand Shinso mine and swing around to Eijiro for another. Both Eijiro and Katsuki are looking weirdly at Shinso.. Eijiro again slowly hands me another app, unsure of how to feel about the newcomer since they and I are clearly on good terms.
"We can hand these in later, right?" I ask cheerily to liven up the mood.
  "No."
  "S-sure."
Katsuki clicks his tongue as Eijiro purses his lips.
"Cool. We can go, Shinso." I look up at him, he's somewhat aware of the attention he's unintentionally called onto himself. His borderline emo-ness contrasting with myself and others.
Shoto, who had stood by quietly watching, subtly cleared his throat. That's my cue to update him.
"I'm going to check a booth quick, I'll text you to meet up later?" He slowly nods and I turn away with Shinso, waving bye to the group.
All moving slowly, they seem to disbelieve who I chose to leave with.
"How's your hand?" Shinso lowers his voice to ask.
I look down at it, having not given it much thought throughout the day. I had really been completely over it.
"It's okay." When I look up, I see Izuku. Hah.. they're all here. I hear an "Are you kidding me?" from behind. Haha.
