GINAWAN KO SIYA NG BALSA 1

1. EXT. BEACH - AFTERNOON

Vast folds of waters, bringing waves from the seemingly endless horizon. There, the great massive sun dives unto the water.

We see two teen boys facing toward the view. They seem to be really close close. Nakaakbay pa sa isa't isa.

We see their faces now. The dreamy, innocent looking guy, Addie (16) and the gorgeous hot Joseph (17). Well, they are bestfriends.

Suddenly, Joseph took up his camera hanging around his neck, picturing the amazing view. While Addie silently looks upon him and smirked. His smile quite lingered. We know it, he has feelings for him.

ADDIE
You know what？ Di talaga kita
gets minsan. Why capture the view
if you can just appreciate this
moment. Malay mo last moment
mo na to.

JOSEPH
I just want to freeze the time
so I could relive it again and
again. I want to treasure these
moments... I can't just stay here
para tumingin lang. I want to
keep memories as close as
possible. Na kahit makalimutan ko
man ay never silang mabubura.

ADDIE
Okay. But, I still don't get you.

Addie knew what he was saying. He got it actually... ayaw niya lang sabihin sa kaniya ito at baka lumaki pa ang ulo nito na tama naman siya. He thought... ganon din naman siya.

Palihim na tumingin ulit si Addie kay Joseph. He will never risk his friendship with him. At least, malaya niya siyang nakakasama. At least nakakalapit pa rin siya. At least nakikita niya pa rin ang tawa nito.

Biglang inilihis nito ang tingin niya dahil takot siyang mapansin pa ito ni Joseph.

Joseph, on the other hand, shifted his camera towards Addie.

JOSEPH
Smile naman diyan AD (ey-di)!

Addie gave his warmest smile in front of the camera. As if by showing that... he can express all the feelings bottled inside of him.

This is the only way he can show his feelings for him: to smile. After all, he is one of the reasons of his smiles. They just keep coming back to him. Na as if kilala nila ang master nila.
