Chapter 4: A Quick Meeting

(Ah, the backstory chapter. More or less. This will get much crazier in the eventual sequel. For now, this is as simple as I am going to make it. Though, when Kingdom Hearts 3 was announced, I actually thought this would be the lineup. It was, sort of. Enjoy!)

             Ven stood by Erauqs and said, "I've been the Wind Foreteller for two years now. I unlocked my power early fall. I went Mr. Erauqs about my first encounter with the Apprentice. I knew something was going on, so I asked Mr. Erauqs for help. That was when I made that science project! Those test you took helped us decide the best Seven Guardians of Lights."

The group was stunned.

Lea scowled while Kairi asked, "So, how do we unlock the power?"

Ven answered, "When a person feels the desire to help others, they will unlock this power"

Sora asked curiously, "So when did you unlock yours?"

Ven smiled as he recalled and told the event. Van and he had waved goodbye to their friends and went home. However, it was late in the evening. Their home was farther away than the rest of their friends, and it was late at night. Two thugs stood in their way.

"What do you want?!" Van asked as he glared at them.

One thug laughed and said, "Money. You're Lockheart boys! Now, give it up!"

Van and Ven nodded and ran! They were both pretty fast, but the thugs caught Ven!

Van stopped running as he shouted in a threatening voice, "Let my brother go."

One thug laughed and grab Van! He smacked Van hard! Ven growled in anger. They would not get away with this! No one was allowed to hurt Van! They were strong twin brothers! That's when a green light covered Ven! He transformed in the Wind Foreteller. Ven looked at the keyblade and used it to defeat the two thugs. During the fight, Van was unconscious. Ven carried Van home and transformed back to himself outside their house before going in. Their mother was relieved to see them unharmed. That was when Ven decided to protect the town. The group was surprised.

Mr. Erauqs said, "We then gathered the Seven Guardians of Lights. They can wield keyblades which can defeat the darkness and bring balance to our world."

Sora was amazed as Aqua stated, "That app we have has our powers. That's why you made us download it. That's why you created the Helpful Club."

Needless to say, Aqua was angry. Ven looked ashamed of himself. Sora glanced around. He saw Terra's angry face and Lea's annoyed face.

Mr. Erauqs said, "If you do not wish to help then you can leave."

No one moved. Sora looked at his friends and nodded to himself.

"I'll stay!" Sora declared proudly.

Everyone was surprised as Sora said proudly, "I want to help as many people as I can! If this can let me, then I'll do it!"

Riku and Kairi smiled at Sora and nodded.

"We'll then we can help! Sora needs our help!" Kairi said determinedly.

Riku crossed his arms as he said warmly, "Yeah. I am going to help as well. Also, Sora's pretty weak without us."

Sora pouted at them while Kairi smiled and Ven was so relieved.

Terra sighed as he answered, "I'm helping too. I want to do my best! Also, Ven can't fight alone"

Aqua was surprised while Terra ruffled Ven's hair.

She smiled as she said, "I'll help too. You'll need my voice of reason"

Ven nodded eagerly. They looked at Lea. He really did not want to get involved with this. However, everyone was smiling and waiting for his answer. Lea groaned as he looked for something in his pocket. He took out a coin.

"Ok! Heads, I do this. Tails, I don't do this." Lea stated.

Everyone waited. Lea flipped the coin and it landed on the desk. It twirled for a bit and stopped. Lea groaned while Sora and Ven cheered in joy. Terra, Riku, and Kairi were amazed while Aqua comforted Lea. The coin was heads. Mr. Erauqs was grinning. He was pleased to see them getting along.

However, Lea cleared his throat and said, "Now, let me head to Neku's house! I promised to DJ."

Everyone laughed as they let the red head go. Lea was walking towards Neku's house.

He knocked on the doors, and a tall, punk lady with silver hair and yellow eyes answered, "Hey Lea! Thanks for coming! The living room is on the left."

Lea smiled as he said, "Don't worry, Mrs. Panne! I've got this!"

He walked to the living room and saw Neku setting up the DJ stand. Neku had orange, spiky hair and blue eyes. He had a pair of purple headphones around his neck. He wore a purple shirt and white shorts. Lea placed his backpack on the side and took out an BorgPod.

"Are you ready?" Lea asked with a smile.

Neku answered as he finished setting up a speaker, "Yeah. I hope this will help Strelitzia."

Lea nodded. Neku got the snacks set up and got the Switch ready. Lea finished the DJ stand. The two waited for them to arrive.
