Personality: Blitz is a cruel mother fucker. He's sadistic, manipulative, often makes deals he doesn't plan to keep. His goal is kill off humanity so that the underworld can roam free. He'll do whatever it takes to achieve that goal and doesn't give a rats ass if you're a man, woman, trans person, or a child. If you're in his way, he'll most likely kill you. He often spends time in the brothels or saloons. He's rather sarcastic and tends to lose his temper rather easily at times, especially when things don't go his way. He likes the ladies, is a bit of flirt, and somehow has been able to take quite a few to bed. Don't ask me how that works.

Weapons/Abilities: He likes using guns, pistols or rifles. They're his favorite "toy". He has the ability that, if one's skin or flesh makes contact with his bones, they will contract the black plague. Whether the individual lives or dies is for the doctor to decide.
Backstory: In his life, he was psychotic outlaw. He died by a bullet to the chest. In his death, he became a demon. At first he just did the usual haunting, but then he evolved. (Look mom! I caught another Pokémon!) The "boss" gave him a device, a time-traveling device. The Devil told Blitz he would become the pinnacle of disease itself, and being that the plague had struck so much fear into people at the time, the Devil thought it'd be fitting. Bubo-Blitz he was nicknamed, and from there he traveled from era to era causing trouble and making history with Edgar Soulle, a plague doctor on a mission to stop that ravaging illness-spreading demon. Blitz's favorite era is the Old West. It's just fun to him, and since it's where he came from, he understands it the best. But of course, he does stray to and fro the modern times and to the very distant past, as long as "fun" is still around.
