darkness.
Silence,
clouded eyes,
you see a girl filled with lies,
she smiles,
she laughs,
she has a good time,
but behind it all you'd be surprised,
behind the smiles
and all the laughs,
there's just a girl who no longer exists,
she's broken,
hurt,
in so much pain,
she doesn't know how to express all the feelings,
there all just a mess,
you see a girl she wants to be,
but she can no longer see,
all the people who loves her so,
she thinks is they want her to go,
she lies so much,
she forgets what's real,
all she knows is she can no longer feel,
it doesn't matter what they say,
she just can't stand another day,
she's ready to leave behind,
All those people who are blind,
they could have saved her,
and now it's too late.
They just didn't let up on all the hate.
Her parents find her and start to scream,
they want to pretend it's just a dream,
her friends
her family
crowd around,
a lifeless girl of which they found,
they pretend she's sleeping,
that all will be right,
but it won't,
not after tonight,
several days pass,
no ones the same.
A girl they used to know died in vain.
Her pain was now clear,
her family could now hear
her friends,
Teachers
so lost,
no one knew the pain she felt,
now they know all the things she dealt,
they blame themselves for all her pain,
they told her family there was nothing they could have done,
but it doesn't change what happened,
that fateful night,
she was a student,
a daughter.
A sister,
a friend,
who would think all of it would end? Years have passed,
but no one can forget,
all the things they regret,
it's been so long,
but still so real,
all the pain they feel,
they lost a girl they loved so dear,
now they can finally hear,
everyone finally understands, the girl they let slip through their hands.
They know now the girl was not weak,
she just had nothing left to seek.
These people will never let this happen again,
they know now to listen,
to understand,
to love,
never give up,
it's not too late,
don't fall victim too all the hate
