A/N I hope ssomeone in the world read my last chapter.... and liked it.. Wattpad says that no one did but, whatever. I'm writing Gold here people. Gold.
**********************************************************************************************Maybe it's me Castiel, maybe I'm the reason the people I care about fall apart like a broken Jigsaw puzzle, maybe it's me that really brought all of the pain unto myself. I think about this a lot, but all my thoughts lead to you. Castiel, you must be old as time, I'm no fool, you would know, and yet... Castiel I feel like I have known you longer than I have even existed. How is it that I feel this way? And how can this feeling- this insanely pure and beautiful feeling... How can it push you away like this? I know you're listening Castiel. I will not give up hope.
Prayers to Castiel- Stopped countingCh. 8
“Did he even hint about what he wanted to tell you? Sam asked Dean. Dean, who had sworn up and down already that he didn’t know what the angel wanted grumbled
“No, Sam, He just said it was important”
“Castiel would not lie, if it wasn’t important, we wouldn’t be looking for him” I said quietly. Dean nodded and we followed him down the street
“Where do you think that blue-eyed-bastard could possibly be hiding?” Dean asked. We turned around a corner into an alleyway, where I paused at the sight of a tan coat lying against a dumpster.
“Cas!” I ran to him and pulled his head up into my lap “Castiel! Wake up!” Castiel stirred slightly and sat up
“Where am I?”
“Castiel are you okay?” I ran my hands through his hair and tilted his chin up too look at me
“Castiel” he repeated, his eyes were a little fuzzy “He’s gone” he did seem to recognize me, and for some reason became uncomfortable, because he leaned away. I was shocked. My heart started to panic a little
“Gone…?”
“What do you mean he’s gone?” Dean demanded “Who are you?”
“My names Jimmy” he said. His voice was so much different than Castiels.
“Jimmy, Castiel said he had something to tell us. What do you remember?” Dean asked in his best empathetic voice
“No, I’m sorry. I don’t remember” My heart sank and I sent a small prayer into heaven; Castiel, where are you?
“Dude you need to slow down” Cas- I mean, Jimmy was scarfing down burgers like there was no tomorrow
“So hungry” He said through a mouthful of food
“When’s the last time you’ve eaten?” Sam asked, and Jimmy looked up at us
“I don’t know, a month?” I grimaced and looked away from Jimmy. Every time I was with Castiel, it never occurred to me that there might be someone else in there; someone with a family. The guilt was painfully real and uncomfortable. Jimmy’s eyes met mine for a second, before he diverted them.
“You’re sure you don’t remember anything?” Sam asked him. Jimmy looked up again at me, then said
“No, I really don’t, I am sorry.” He looked around and said “I get to see my family again” his voice broke a little but he seemed so happy. Sam and Dean exchanged a look
“Look, Jimmy, about that” jimmy looked up “There could be a target on your back” Dean said
“Yeah, it would be safer if you stayed with us for a while” Sam completed
