The next day, all the of them were called down.
"Yahan kitne rooms hai, where do we have to go?" Kartik spoke as he looked around.
"I think this is the one!" On the other hand, Naira said as she went into a room.
Both of them entered a room, from different doors. As soon as the voice of the doors closing, was heard by them, they both turned behind.
"Why are the lights switched off? No one came yet?" Kartik looked around and said, and switched on the lights
"Ahh!" Both of them shouted as they saw each other.
"Tum?" Naira asked
"Haan main! What are you doing here?" Kartik asked back
"I should be asking that!" Naira said
"Everyone might be waiting, we should go!" Kartik said, and both of them went to the door. Kartik tried opening but it wasn't opening.
"This is locked!" Kartik turned back and look at Naira who looked back at him in shock.
"Hum baahar kaise jaayenge?" She asked shockingly.
"Pata nahi!" Kartik replied with a worried face.
"Normally toh badi herogiri karte ho, ab kuch karo na!" Naira said looking at Kartik
"Kya karu? Door tod du?" Kartik asked sarcastically.
"Haan not a bad idea! Go for it Kartik!" Naira said and Kartik's eyes widened.
"We can't do that! Humesha thodne phodne ke ideas hi kyu aate hai tumhe?" Kartik asked folding his arms.
"We need to leave from here, before anyone sees us here together! Bhagwaan ji kahan phasa diya mujhe? Iss mendak ke saath!" Naira said getting irritated
"Oh hello! Mendak?" Kartik looked back at her
"Haan tum ho na! Kuch kaam ke toh ho nahi, kab se sirf tarr tarr kiye jaa rhe ho!" Naira said.
"Instead of fighting, can we please look for a way to open this door? And get out of here!" Kartik said
"Ab ki na samjhdaaron waali baat! Yeah look for some way!" Naira said as she sat down on a chair behind her.
"Ek toh we are stuck in this store room, where there is nothing, no way to get out of here!" While Kartik looked around, he saw a cockroach.
"Ahh!" Kartik jumped on to the table.
"Kya hua? Why are you screaming now?"Naira stood up
"Cock...roach!" Kartik shouted, and Naira started laughing continuously. Kartik stopped for a moment and looked at her, he didn't realize when he had started smiling as he looked at her.
"Why are you laughing now?" He asked as realization hit him back.
"Seriously Kartik? You got scared of a cockroach?" Naira spoke between her laughs.
"Waise darrta toh main sher se bhi nahi hu, but cockroach se darr lagta hai!" Kartik said pouting.
"Chala gaya! Now please do something and find a way to get out of here!" Naira said while Kartik got down slowly looking around assuring that it has gone.
"I got an idea!" Kartik said as he looked at the top. There was a small window, which was at a height.
"This doesn't seem like a good idea!" Naira said looking at him.
"Please Naira! This is the only one way I can find now! You climb here, and at least call someone through the window, please!" Kartik said.
Hesitantly, Naira came forward, and stood on the chair, trying to reach the window.
"Hold it properly, if I fall na, I am not going to leave you!" Naira warned looking down at Kartik who held the chair for her
"Haa trust me, I won't let you fall!" Kartik said while Naira looked at him instantly.
She looked back at the window and tried to open it, as it finally opened, she called out.
"Koi hai? Please someone open this door for us!" While she screamed, her leg slipped.
Before she fell, his strong arms held her. At that moment, they both only looked at each other, directly into each other's eyes. There was complete silence for a good 5 minutes between them.
Until then they heard the door knob open, and Naira slowly got down of his grip.
"Kartik? Naira? What are you both doing here?" Karan and Kritika entered.
"I was looking for you, and I heard your voice and came here!" Kritika said as she came towards Naira.
"We came here by mistake, and got locked up here!" Naira said while alternatively sharing glances with Kartik.
"Are you fine?" Karan asked
"Yeah, let's go now!" Kartik replied and both of them went out.
"How do you both end up doing the same mistakes, and keep meeting over and over again!" Kritika said smiling.
"Pata nahi, chalo let's go!" Naira smiled back.
