N I N E T E E N

CHAPTER NINETEEN,
Babysitting.

"ALRIGHT YOU LOT, be good for Oliver and Rory." Alice said as she looked down at the three kids in front of her.

Esme, Steven, Spencer, Crystal, Alice, and James were all going out for an "adults night" as they called it and had the amazing idea to leave Oliver and Aurora in charge of Nate, Skyler, and Eli.

"I'm an angel I'm an angel." Nate smiled innocently as he brought his hand up to mimic a halo around his head. "Don't you worry your pretty little heads about us, we'll be the most well behaved kids ever."

Oliver and Rory shared a look, this wasn't going to be an easy night and Nathaniel just confirmed it.

And then Nate and Skyler were pushing the parents out the door.

"Don't forget to feed the baby and put him to bed at-" Esme said as she stuck her head back in the door, one hand on the door to keep Nathaniel from closing it on her.

"I know mum." Rory assured her. "This isn't my first rodeo."

"Okay." Esme sighed before pointing at the two teenagers. "No sex in the house." She mouthed to them causing them both to blush.

"Wouldn't dream of it mum, bye bye now." Rory smirked, blowing her a kiss right before Nate succeed in closing the door.

It was silent for a moment before Nathaniel suddenly dashed out of the room, returning seconds later in a tuxedo causing Oliver and Rory to look at him confused.

"M'lady." Nate said as he bowed and held his hand out for Skyler to take.

"Thank you kind sir." Skyler said as she locked her small hand with his.

"What is going on?" Oliver asked as Nate stood back up.

"We have a date to attend, you have a baby to watch." He explained before turning back to Skyler. "Come one my love, let's leave the sitters to it."

They started to walk away as Oliver and Rory watched them in amusement, even Eli who was resting on Rorys hip seemed to be watching.

"Oh." Nate said as he suddenly spun around in the doorway of his bedroom. "Don't interrupt, I'm thinking of popping the question."

And with that said he slammed the door, leaving the other three in silence.

Rory then turned to Oliver with a raised eyebrow. "Why didn't you treat me like that when we were little?"

"Because quidditch captured my heart before you did darling." Oliver smirked as her mouth fell open, but he could see the smile making its way on to her face. "You were a close second though."

"Is it still that way?" She asked as she started to bounce the baby on her hip.

Glancing back and forth between her and the baby a smile grew on his face.
