11) Lies
Little white lies, Spilling spilling,
they come so freely,
we say them shamelessly,
No path to the right light,
just little, hurtful, easy lies.
No truth, no hope, no help at all,
we are so selfish
lies for our own good,
no worries, no worries,
not for others, only ourselves.
All we care about is what we want.
we can hide under the hood,
we can hide from the truth
but we cant hide from lies,
they will follow you, coax you,
convince you, persuade you
encourage you to take away,
all others dreams, block the way
take up space without haste,
blurting out untruths,
taking up all the space.
A/N
Not a lot of rhyming words here, but they're not really important in some poems.
