Inside that chest was nothing beside a Liyue style amulet.

Atlas took the amulet in his hands and closed it, he began to examined the amulet.

It was not hat much of an ordinary one, at least.

The amulet was probably made out of some metal, and a gemstone cut into a square was put in the middle.

There was a symbol on the gemstone, from what Atlas know, it looks like a Vision amulet; a Pyro one at that.

He sat back to his seat, wondering what it is.

"What is this?" He mumbles.

"A Vision? No, it doesn't feel like one"

He sighed, he continued to think about the-

"Atlas, what are you doing?"

Atlas startled, almost dropping the amulet, he turned to the door and see his father, Noch.

"N-Nothing!" He stutters, trying to hide the amulet.

"..." His father cocked a brow.

"That doesn't look like 'nothing' to me, explain yourself, Atlas" Noch crosses his arms.

Atlas groans and handed the amulet to him, "I took it from that chest"

His father took the amulet from him, he looks back at Atlas.

"Don't you have a vision?" He asked.

Atlas widened his eye, he looks at the Cryo Vision amulet that's attached to his scarf.

"Yeah, I know, my bad" He looks away, and scratched at the back of his neck.

Noch took away the Cryo amulet and replaced it with the other one instead.

He looks up to his father, his expression was serious.

"Listen to me, Atlas"

"Huh?"

"No matter what happens, don't tell anyone about our past family, and don't tell anyone you have Cryo Vision either"

He continued, "Even if it takes your own life"

"What? Why?" Atlas asked his father.

His father sighed, "I can't really describe but, let's just say that we're on the list of 'people that need to be killed', okay?"

Noch took Atlas's left hand, and handed the Cryo amulet back to him.

His father smiled at him.

"Just don't tell anyone that, I don't want you to get hurt"

Atlas looks at the orange evening sky from the window.

It was calm and certainly beautiful.

He tooks out some sort of amulet that's fully folded in a special fabric from his yukata.

He looks at it for a while, and puts it back in his yukata, never to be seen from the public eye.

"Am I going to end up like him?" He mumbled, asking to himself.

But, either way, he had to keep the act.

Who knows what will happen to him if people found out about it.

Hell, even Ningguang and Baizhu doesn't know.

"Will they hate me for it?" He whispered.

Atlas has no other choice, but to keep going through the bloody path that his ancestors has built by murdering the innocents and causing a horrible war.
