She could hear birds chirping, and she could feel the wind breezing through.
But even so, the empty void that she no longer remembers is still there.

It's a sound, a giggle; a sinister one in fact.
The sound of the giggle is familiar to her.
She had encountered them enough times too, those Abyss Mages.
"Come out, it's useless to hide away from me" Maya ordered them in a cold tone.
As expected, she was right it was the Abyss Mage after all.
"Kukuku, very impressive, very impressive.."
The Abyss Mage continued chuckling and giggling, she knows what their intent is.
She frowned, "What do you want from me?" As she takes out her blade.
"It's.. Nothing much, yes nothing much, kukuku"
"Speak up" She roughened her voice.
"The Princess wished to meet you as.. Our 'guest' for a certain deal, of course"
"What deal you meant of?"
"Kukuku, if you wish to hear more, I'd be delighted to.. Only if you cooperate with us"
"..."
It's intentions could be malicious, after all no one hears anything good about the Abyss in particular.
Even so, the 'deal' it speak of..
It might have something to do with the Archons and such, this peeked Maya's interest more.
"Fine" She withdrawn her blade.
"Lead me to her, and don't do anything funny"
She continued, "Or you'll head will be hanged on a tree"
"Kukuku, yes.. Yes.. Yes, indeed!" It responded in a excited way.
Maya might even dug her own grave, but it might also be worth her time.
After all, having a deal with an organization that hates Archons as much as she is.
Might come in handy later on..

It has been a while ever since, she followed the manic being.
After entering their certain hideout in Liyue, it began showing her around.
Though, she knows most likely she won't come out alive by herself.
As time passes, they finally reached a door that lights up it's runes into a gold light, and opened it for them.
Both the Abyss Mage and Maya enters the room, while still walking behind it.
Maya saw a girl with bright blond hair and a white short dress.
Beside the girl was some sort of creature, it's her bodyguard perhaps?
They stopped, the Abyss Mage bowed to he girl; that seems to be the so called 'Princess'
"Princess, I have carried to your orders" It talked.
"I know, leave"
"Yes, indeed.."
