Reanna's P.O.V
I sat home on the couch with the book, Throne of Glass, placed in my hands. Mum and Dad were out at work and I was once again stuck home alone. My eyes skimmed the page, but my mind was wandering elsewhere. Today was my 16th Birthday and lucky me! I get to spend the day alone in my house. I had never been outside of my house. The only exception would be the garden. My parents kept a constant watch on me at all times. They had cameras in all the rooms except for my bedroom and bathroom (obviously) constantly monitoring me. The windows were always locked but I could not open them unless I had a key, which I did not have. Suddenly the doorbell rang. I stood up and opened the door to find a pile of letters sitting at my doorstep. I quickly grabbed them and made my way back inside. I looked through all the letters. They were all for my parents. I was going to put the letters down on the table when a flash of green caught my eyes.

There was a letter for me! I grabbed the envelope and hurriedly started to open it. There was a purple seal on the back and it was a logo with 4 different animals around the letter 'H'. I opened it curiosity taking over me as I wanted to see who would write to me. The letter read:
