CHAPTER 16: secret plan?!

I went back to his house, i wanted to get ready for tomorrow ( friday ), for the party and get rid of Mathew. I was still mad at Lucas and i don't want to talk to him, but i wanted justice for Alaric.
I spent the day alone at the house, until Lucas came back at night. I didn't want to see him so i went to my room and stayed there.
Few hours later he entered my room, i turned away i didnt want to look at him. He came and sat next to me on the bed , held my arm
-" don't you dare touching me" i said then remove his hand off me.
-" so you're not gonna talk to me?" He asked
-" i told you i don't wanna get close to you because you will hurt me, and i was right. Leave me alone now. You did enough "
-" fine. I will leave you alone, are you staying here ?" He asked
-" im staying here just because i promised your father to protect you and fight for justice. And i am going to the party tomorrow. "
-" ok" he said and left the room
I spent the whole night planning for tomorrow
Then they texted on the groupchat
- is everything ready for tomorrow?
- yes.
- "we forgot something. " i said
-"what is it", they asked
- we need a secret code, a word. Whenever someone is in danger or need help, just type the word in the groupchat and we will all come and help .
- ohh yes amazing idea
-" strawberries " Liam said
- liam we need something more serious dumbass
- im offended
- 5
- what?
- number 5 , thats the code we will use
- ok cool.
- we should meet tomorrow morning to plan everything
-"guys come at my house at 10 am we will check everything together " Lucas said.
- ok cool
The conversation ended here, i continued planning some stuff by my own . I had a plan. But it included none of the rest of the group. Just me. And im not planning on telling them what I'm going to do. I prefer to keep everyone safe. That's what Alaric asked me to do. Especially keep Lucas safe, Alaric trusts me and i won't disappoint him i can do it by my own.
I didn't sleep . It was already friday ,10 am ,when they came at home so we meet, i went downstairs.
-" so what are we going to do?" liam asked
-" i have a plan, listen " i replied
-" go ahead " they said
-" i want each one of you guys to be in a classroom, and even bathroom. I will be at the library to see if he goes there during the party. Keep moving and switching rooms and focus on the target, Mathew. I will take care of the library and also i can look throw the window if i see anything throw it in the party!"
-" sounds like a good plan " everyone said
-" and Lucas try not to make out with anyone during the mission so you don't ruin our plan, thank you" i added
Everyone looked at him awkwardly
-" so you guys prefer if i don't call my colleagues to work with us?" Zac asked
-" no, Mathew is a mafia leader he has people who work for him everywhere, he will directly realize that we know about him"
-" okay fine"
-" and as we said yesterday, the code is 5, in case there is an emergency and anyone need help , send the code in the groupchat " i added
-" ok boss" Liam said while laughing
-" let's get ready for the party, we have everything we need here , u guys can stay and get prepared here, then we will all go together " Lucas said
-" deal" they all replied
I told them the plan, at least the part i wanted them to do... little do they know that it was only what i wanted them to do, while i will be doing my own plan .
We were all getting ready for the event, put the bag with all the gadgets we need and started wearing the outfits and i had to put makeup on and brought the heels i wanted to wear

I decided to wear these, and curled my hair. I was done getting ready, i took my bag with the mic, camera and weapon and i kept Alaric's notebook with me too. It was time to go, i went downstairs, i see Lucas who was waiting for everyone to leave before closing the door, he looked hot in a suit with his rings-

I didn't talk to him i directly went to the car.
-" you guys got the gadgets right?" I asked
-" yes , i have mines" Liam said and the rest checked too and confirmed.
We arrived to the party, now let the fun part begin.
