CHAPTER 23: seperate ways

I turn around...and see fucking Liam, holding a gun, pointing it on me, after shooting Zac .
Kim's pov:
The police kept me outside. What the fuck did i just hear? A fucking gun shot. Oh my god. I took a gun from the police car without them knowing and ran inside even tho the cops tried to hold me back. But i couldn't stay outside after hearing this.
I see Zac on the floor, Lucas looking at Liam who was about to shoot lucas, with no hesitation. Lucas couldn't see me since i was hiding behind the couch because i came from the backyard's door so nobody notices my presence. I directly stand up and shoot Liam before anything happens to Lucas.
Lucas's pov:
I turn around.... To just try to realize what just happened. I see Kim, holding a gun. How Can someone look this hot ? Liam was laying on the floor . I directly yelled so the police come and save uncle Zac who was unconscious. They said he will be fine and took him to the hospital.
They took Steve too but this time he's going to jail . I look at Kim. I didn't know what to do. She was crying because of how scared she was. I regret hurting her . I regret putting her in danger and then her coming to save my life. I run and hug her , that's all i needed right now.
We didn't say any word. We went home, needed to take a shower ( SEPARATELY LOL )after everything that happened ,and then i ordered some pizza
-" i am so sorry " i said
-" what?"
-" I dont deserve someone like you, you should be with your friends right now hanging out, dating someone who makes you happy, not a dumbass who hooked up with a girl just because he needed it. You risked your life for me and i did nothing in return. You should go continue your life right now and live it just like you want" i said while laying on bed
-" i need some time and space "
That's all she said. Then she left. I fucked up so badly. I don't know if she still loves me, after all this. All i know is that i only need her by my side right now but i should stop being so selfish . That's enough.
Alex just called me.
-" Lucas where the fuck have you been bruh we've been calling you for days" he said
I told him everything that happened... i needed someone to talk to.
-" why didn't you ask me for help? I am always here for you brother. And i will talk to Kim. Don't worry about it."
-" i need to stop putting the people i love in danger mate. Let kim live her life peacefully and happily" i replied

I knew that "k" . I know he will talk to her anyways this guy never listens to me-

Alex's pov:
I wanted to send a text to Kim , i couldn't support seeing Lucas so sad and distroyed, and i knew that Kim wasn't feeling good .
-" hey kim , we need to talk"
She was active, but when i sent the message, 2mins later she went inactive. She probably saw my message but didn't wanna respond. She didn't come active again. I waited all night...
I slept and decided to call her when i wake up .
I called her this time, she finally replied but with a text :
-"??" That's all she said
-" can we meet?" I asked
-" no im busy"
-" i know you aren't, but let's at least talk through the phone because i know you're not doing good "
-" ok"
-" Lucas told me what happened, how are you feeling?"
-" nothing. I feel nothing "
-" kim i called you to talk so USE MORE WORDS"
-" bruh , i am just so tired. I did all this for Alaric because i didnt want to break my promise. But then i fell in love, and i hate it because i got so hurt he wasn't loyal. I had to continue so i dont break my promise, i put my life in danger with no hesitation for him. And then i ended this and brought justice for Alaric + now Lucas is protected from his brother for the rest of his life. What else does he need? Nothing."
-" you, he needs you"
-" well not really since he can have all the girls at school just with one message. "
-" true, but he doesn't want them he wants YOU"
