VLOGGING OUR ROADTRIP TO CALIFORNIA

@TheRealSeaweedBrain posted a new video.

"Hey guys! Percy here! As you may have been able to tell from the title, we're going on a road trip!" Percy grinned excitedly. "We're gonna go see Frank, Hazel, and Reyna in California. We meaning Annabeth, Jason, Piper, Leo, Calypso, Thalia, and I. Nico's decided to meet us there. He said that he doesn't want to be stuck with us. Wimp."

The video cut and went to black with the caption 'Day 1' in blue.

"Alright! We're back! Everyone's packed and ready. Annabeth's going to drive, I'm going to navigate. Jason and Piper are sitting behind us. Leo, Calypso, and Thalia are sitting in the back. Everyone was given instructions to bring their own food and snacks. My mom packed us a whole bunch of other food too, though. We'll probably need it."

The video cut again. Everyone was in the car. Piper had the camera pointed at her face.

"Hey guys, so we're about to leave. Percy and Annabeth are just talking to Sally. Now, when we get to Camp Jupiter, Percy is hopefully going to give Annabeth the promise ring. Him and Grover have been talking about it for a while. I'm going to try and film it for you guys to watch. Also, since Percy and Annabeth are driving and navigating, us children in the back have full control over the camera and the music. Leo's setting up a tripod to sit in the middle so that we can all talk. This is gonna be great!"

"Oh, here they come." Jason said. Piper pointed the camera out the window to see Percy and Annabeth carrying some big cooler bags and talking to Sally.

"Ooh! Sally's cookies!" Thalia exclaimed. She was sitting behind Piper against the window. Calypso was in the middle, and Leo was on the other side.

"Are you ready, kids?" Annabeth grinned, putting the coolers bags behind the front seats.

"Aye aye, Captain!" Everyone yelled in unison.

"I can't hear you!" Annabeth laughed.

"AYE AYE CAPTAIN!"

"Alright. Thalia, put your godsdamn seatbelt on."

Once everyone was settled, they waved to Sally as they pulled out of the parking lot.

"Road trip has officially started! I'm gonna turn the camera off now so Leo can set it up." Piper said.

The video went black again. Then it was pointed at Leo, Calypso, and Thalia.

"Hey guys, so the five of us are going to give you story time until we get bored." Leo announced. "Starting with how Jason, Piper, and I met and became BFFs!"

"Yeah, so, Leo and I actually met first, as we were going to the same school. We helped each other out with the bullies and stuff. At that point, we didn't know Percy and Annabeth who kinda protect everyone they know. Seriously, they heard that Lou Ellen was getting bullied at her school and marched down there to 'talk'." Piper said. "Anyways, Leo and I did everything together. Then we were on the bus to the Grand Canyon it's Coach Hedge when Jason kind of appeared. He had amnesia, and was really confused. Somehow, Leo and I remembered him. So we all be came best friends."

"It was really confusing." Jason laughed, turning the camera to face him. "I didn't know who these people were, but they were convinced that they knew me."

"So yeah, now we've adopted Callie here, and we share everything!" Leo announced.

"That's a Robert Munsch book." Piper commented.

"I know. Frank got it for Chuck." Leo shrugged.

"Can I tell the story about how I met Annabeth?" Thalia asked. "And then Percy?"

"Sure. I haven't heard either story." Piper said.

"Okay, so I ran away from home when I was eleven. On my own for a few months. Then I met this other boy. He was thirteen. We made our own way for a bit. When I was twelve and he was fourteen, we were walking down an alley when a cardboard box moved. Luke held his weapon, a golf club, at the ready and removed the box. A seven year old blonde girl waving a hammer leapt at us and started attacking. Annabeth was terrified. Eventually we calmed her down and kind of adopted her. So we all travelled together. I've got a bunch of baby Annabeth stories for later." Thalia smirked.

"Thalia! I swear to the gods!" Annabeth yelled from the front.

The five in the back giggled.

"So, how'd you meet Percy?" Calypso asked.

"Well, I had been in a coma for five years. A bear or something got me when Luke, Annabeth, and I were heading up to camp. Anyways, when I woke up, no one approached me except for Percy. Annabeth was back a bit with our activities director. So, Percy was the only one there. He comforted me and introduced me to everyone. He assured me that I'd be okay and he'd help me adjust. So yeah, that's how I met Percabeth."

"Our first interaction with Annabeth was her threatening to kill us too." Leo said. "It was after Percy had been kidnapped, of course, so her nerves were frayed."

"Guys, we're gonna stop for lunch at the next rest stop." Percy called.

"Okay Perce." Jason called back.

"Well, we better go now." Calypso said. "See you in a minute."

The rest of the video was a lot of Annabeth yelling at Piper for constantly changing the music, Annabeth yelling at Leo for yelling at other drivers out the window, Percy yelling at Jason for making a dam mess in his van with the food, and Calypso and Thalia talking and singing along with the music.

"Well, we finally arrived. Surprisingly, everyone's alive." Percy said. "See y'all next time."
