so this is a kinda both luka and adrien fic, y/n will be dating luka but breaking up with him and getting with adrien. so yeah. i cant really explain it, but it will make more sense as the story goes on.

the song will be their original, I dont want to find a female version. all of the female pronouns (towards the female in the song) will now he turned into male. like the first verse, instead of "said the skeletons sitting by her closet door" it'll be "his closet door". BUT if I forget to change some things when I put down the lyrics, sorry. I mess up a lot, and all of you probably know that by now heh.

I strummed the guitar a little as I sat in the hotel room, watching Jagged's pet crocodile. Fang is a great pet, actually. He just seems very mean to people at first, but once you get to know him, he's cool. I looked up when Jagged walked into the room and I smiled. "How's the warm up, kid?" he questioned.

"He's gonna be there. The one I wrote the song about," I said.

"My son, yes I know. Which is why you need to sing it. No one has heard it yet, it's brand new, everyone will love it. And after, you can totally tell that other boy you love him!" Jagged said. I sighed and shook my head. The way he put it just made it a tad worse. I'm still dating Luka, but I don't want to anymore. And this is my break up song. I think he knows something is up. I've been very distant, but how can he not expect me to be? He cheated on me! It was caught by practically all of my friends from school.

"Ugh!" I yelled and threw the guitar pick onto the ground. Luka got it for me, and I didn't want to use it again. Jagged looked at me and smiled somewhat, handing me his personal pick.

"Here, take this one. You're doing the right thing, kid."

It was getting closer to performance time. I sat backstage, humming the words to myself. When I heard my name being called, I looked up to see Alya, Rose, Alix, Juleka, Mylinne, and most of all, Marinette. I smiled and stood up, taking my earbuds out and opening my arms for hugs.

"I'm so excited for your new song!" Rose said.

"Yeah! I bet it'll be awesome, Y/n!" Alix said afterwards. I laughed softly and looked to Marinette. She knew what she did, but she still came. Everyone pulled back and Alya looked at Marinette, "Come on girls, get along for just one day?" Marinette looked at me with a smile. Before I could do anything, I heard someone shout 'dudettes' and immediately knew it was Nino. I looked over to the direction of them and saw Nino with Adrien and Luka. My face of happiness turned to one of annoyance as Luka came to stand next to me.

It was awful. Everyone was chatting like it was okay. Like Luka hadn't been cheating on me for a hot while. He put his arms around my shoulders and stood behind me, and I was repulsed by him. Adrien glanced over to me at one point and I gave him a look of disgust. I think he mouthed 'I'm sorry', but I honestly couldn't tell.

But soon it was time for my performance. All of my friends left, and Luka gave me a kiss on the cheek and I quickly wiped my cheek with my sleeve. I heard someone announce my name and the people cheering. I knew it was my time to go on. I walked over behind the curtains and saw Jagged wink at me from my left side. I smiled and waved slightly before the curtains opened. I waved and walked out, everyone cheering for me. It felt good, it felt like I was worshiped and loved unlike, well, a certain person.
