Part 27

Baapre boht lamba hogaya yeh toh. Almost over 2000 words! Also I realized main Anuseena ko boht ignore kar rhi hu so next part me thoda romantic scene daal dungi. Anyways, it took a long time to think of this and write it so hope you all like it.

It was nighttime and Karishma was sitting on her bed, utterly confused.

KS: Aakhir ye chal ka rha hai....ye amma subah se naach rhi hai, Santu itni khush hai, bhaiya aajkal jyada hi bhabhi ke sar pe mandra rahe hai....kuch toh gadbad hai......

Akshara's voice shook her out of her thoughts.

AK: Mumma muje neend nhi aarahi...kahani sunao na

KS: H-hum kahani sunaye? Nhi humko nhi aata ye sab...tum nani se bolo vo sunayegi

AK: Okay!

AK goes to KM(Karishma's Mom) and asks her. She agrees and they both go to AK's room. KS realizes she should have said yes to Akshu so she also goes in the room.

KM(to KS): Tujhe iss umar me kahani sunni hai?

KS: Kyu, nhi sun skte? Aur itni bhi umar nhi hai hamari....bhabhi toh roj kehti hai hum bacche hai

KM: Nakhre nhi gaye na tere

KS: Nhi jayenge

KM: Ha thik hai thik hai sun kahani

KS went and sat beside AK.

KM: Toh (imagine some random muhrat/tithi, muje nhi aata ye sb) pe ek nanhi si bachi paida hui. Badi shararati bachi thi par hamesha sabke chehre pe muskan laati thi.

Flashback

A woman was sitting on a hospital bed with a cute baby girl in her arms. The baby was laughing and and moving her arms around. A man entered the room with a little boy. They sat around the woman and were playing with the baby.

After so many years everyone had a genuine smile on their face. The little girl had done a miracle!

KD: Iss bachi...isne karishma(miracle) kardiya...itne saalo baad sabke chehre pe hasi laa di

KM: Karishma..... aajse iss bachi ka naam Karishma

The whole family smiled at each other

Flashback ends

[NOTE: Vo show mein tha na holi ke din Haseena ko sab flashback hue the aur flashbacks se hi sabko puri kahani pata chali ki Anubhav kaha hai its same like that but Akshu doesn't know the story is about KS. She thinks its about any normal girl.]

KM: Pehle din se hi ye bachi sirf aur sirf khushi layi uske ghar mein. Uske aane se pure parivaar ki musibat door hogayi. Ghar roshan kardiya hamara- mtlb uss bachi ke parivaar ka

KS smiled at KM, knowing well that the story was about her. KM continued the story and Anuseena entered the room.

AS: Iske baad hum batayenge....

AS: Ye bachi jab badi hui toh 24 ghante apne bhai ke aage piche ghumti rehti thi. Dono bohot jhagadte the par ek dusre ko boht pyaar bhi karte the.

Anushma Flashback

Two little kids were running in a garden. The girl had chased her brother around the garden 3 times but still wasn't able to catch him.

Little KS (panting): Anu bhaiya....ruk....jao....itna tez....mat bhaago.....

While running, little KS tripped over a branch and fell down. Little AS heard the noise and turned around.

Little AS: Kashi!

He ran towards her and sat down beside her.

Little AS: Tum thik ho na? Zyada toh nhi lagi?

Little KS slowly looked up with a sad look on her face (acting kar rhi thi hamari choti Karishma). Then her sad look was replaced by a smirk and she tapped little AS on the shoulder.

Little KS: Pakad liya! Mene pakad liya apko! Hahaha

Little AS: Nhi ye cheating hai! Tumne natak kiya

Little KS: Nhi mene kuch nhi kiya, galti apki hai ki aap mere paas beth gaye.

Little AS: Hatt! Ab main baat nhi karunga tumse.

He got up and went inside the house.

Little KS (to herself): Ye maine kya kardiya ab bhaiya baat bhi nhi karenge mujse :(

She ran inside and all day she tried to get AS to talk to her. But ziddi behn ka ziddi bhai maan hi nhi rha tha. At last when it was time to sleep, Karishma went inside her brother's room and sat down beside him with a pout.

KS: Bhaiya...ab toh maan jaiye! Dekho maine kitni baar apko sorry bola fir bhi nhi maan rhe ap :(

AS: Nhi muje baat nhi karni

KS: Toh aap kabhi baat nhi karenge mujse? (with an innocent pouty face)

AS couldn't resist anymore. No matter how hard he tried he just couldn't ignore his baby sister.

AS: Aree main toh mazak kar rha tha...mai bhala apni gudiya se rusht reh sakta hu?

KS(getting excited): Mtlb aapne hume maaf kardiya!?

She smiled widely and hugged AS. He chuckled and hugged her back.

Flashback ends

By this time VS & PS also came in the room. Everyone looked at KS and smiled.

VS sat down in the bed behind KS. He slowly put his arms around her waist from behind and rested his chin on her shoulder.

KS: Ka kar rhe hai aap sab dekh rhe hai yha!

VS: Main koi gairkanooni kaam nhi kar rha

KS: -_-

AK: Iske baad kya hua

VS: Iske baad....main btata hu....Vo ladki na egdam heroine jaisi lagti thi. Jab college gayi toh first year me hi usko apna hero mil gaya.

Vyoshma Flashback

A young girl was sitting in her college lecture trying not to fall asleep. She had her notebook open in front of her so the teacher couldn't see her face. She looked out the window, hoping to see something interesting..

Outside, a boy was walking with his two friends. His hair was blowing in the wind (movie hero style) and he was laughing out loud. The girl couldn't help smiling. She stared at him until he was out of sight and smiled at the thought of him. It was indeed love at first sight. She decided to go talk to him right after class.

KS: A-Aaj apka f-first day hain yha?

VS: Han...hum kuch dino pehle hi shift hue yha...aap muje campus dikha sakti hai?

KS: Ji chaliye

KS showed VS around the campus. They started talking about random things also and realized there were many similarities between them. By the end of the "tour" they became really good friends. After that day, they used to meet up every day and spend time together.

Days passed and they got closer. Soon, VS had also fallen in love with KS, but he knew her bhaukaal so he didn't want to take chances. After many weeks of convincing himself he finally gathered up the courage to propose her.

He was pacing around the garden in nervousness, waiting for her to come. KS finally came.

KS: Sorry ye bhaiya ne ghar pe rok rakha tha isliye der hogayi..tum btao kya kaam tha

VS: Ab...vo...muje...humse..tumse....nhi tumse hume..

KS: Ama kaa bole jaarhe ho kuch samajh nhi aarka merko

VS took a deep breath and went down on one knee: Jis din se tumhe dekha us din se mujhe pyaar hogaya. Main chahta hu ki tum meri life partner bano aur hamesha mere saath rho....bolo mazoor hai?

KS was surprised but damn happy. VS was still scared so he opened one eye and looked at KS.

KS: Manjoor hai!

Both smiled widely and almost had tears in their eyes. KS made him stand up and threw herself in his arms. VS picked her up off the ground and spinned her around. Their friends came out from behind the bushes and started clapping. (nalayak dost sab proposal dekhne aaye the)

Later in the night, KS was in her room studying for the upcoming exam. Suddenly she heard a noise outside. She opened the window and saw VS there. She smiled to herself.

KS: Ka kar re ho amma ne dekhliya toh boht sunni padegi

VS: Nhi dekhega koi....padhai me mann nhi lag rha tha toh socha apne chand ko dekh lu

KS blushed. KS: ka kuch bhi bake jaarhe ho...ab jao jaldi warna koi dekhlega

VS: Haa jaarha hu...bye

VS turned around to leave but KS stopped him from behind.

VS: Kya hua

KS leaned out the window and kissed his forehead.

KS: I love you

VS smiled widely and kissed her forehead: I love you too!

Flashback ends

AK: Phir?

HM: Phir...vo ladki badi hogayi aur usne shaadi kar li. Shaadi ke baad usne police force join kiya aur desh ki seva krti hai. Phir ek din sarkaari notice aayi ki vo jis thane me kaam kar rhi hai vo thana 30 din me bandh horaha hai aur 30 din ke liye vo nayi thana in-charge bhej rahe hai.

KarEena Flashback

KS was about to sit on her chair when the new SHO snatched the chair from her and sat on it instead. No one had the courage to take Karishma Singh's chair from her and yet this officer had done so. But KS was feeling something different. She was angry, but she was laughing from the inside. She was confused as hell. Why was she enjoying this when she should be angry?!

HM had a smirk on her face but from the inside she felt something completely different. something she couldn't explain. It was like she had fallen in love with this officer, but how was that possible? She absolutely hated people with this much anger.


Time passed and their bond grew from hatred to friendship and then eternal love. Although they never expressed their love to each other or to the world, deep down inside they both knew the value of each other for themselves.

Once, a case came in MPT (Iqbal suicide kar rha tha aisa hi but instead of Iqbal some young girl). Everyone tried their best to convice the girl that suicide wasn't the option but she wasn't ready to listen. She was sitting on top of a 5 story building ready to jump off. KarEena were up there also (same as Iqbal's case) but at last KS jumped down with her. Fortunately, the rest of the team came with safety equipment just in time and no one was hurt.

Back in MPT, KarEena was in HM's cabin. KS was standing there with her head down and HM was fuming in anger.

HM (teary eyed): Kya? Samajhti kya hai aap khudko? Antaryami hai kya? Amrit pee rakha hai? Kyu baar baar apni jaan daav pe lagati hai aap!? Kya zarurat thi uss building se kudne ki? Ye toh allah ka shukr h ki sab samay rehte waha pohoch gaye nhi toh- her voice broke as she thought of what could have happened-

KS smiled tearfully. She didn't know her best friend loved her and cared for her so much. She felt blessed to have a senior cum bestie like HM who would do anything for her.

KS: Humne jo bhi kiya apne farz ke liye kiya-

HM: Nai aapki zindagi me farz ke alava aur kuch hai hi nhi na?! Na koi bhai/behn na koi maa na koi pati na koi dost. Toh thik hai! Kariye jo karna hai ab hum jaarhe hai!

KS: Maddam Sir rukiye-

Hm left the cabin. leaving KS to think of ways to pacify her little angry bird

KS: Ama ka musibat hai yeh?!! Ab kaise manayenge inko

After a tiring day of work and convincing, KS called HM to the side for one last try. KS made an irresistably cute face and apologized to HM for the umpteenth time in the day.

KS: Sholly...maaf kardijiye na abhi

HM: Nai hum nhi karenge maaf

KS: Pweaaseeee

HM: Nhi!

KS: Pakka maaf nhi karegi? (cute pouty face)

HM couldn't resist anymore. She looked up and englufed KS in a bone-crushing hug. KS understood her fears and hugged her back. They shared a moment of pure bliss and happiness.

HM: Suniye aap....har baar aisa masoom chehra banake mana nhi sakti aap, samjhi?!

KS: Haa meri maa samajh gaye

HM: 😤

KS: Are ye toh hamara expression hai aapne kahe churaya!

HM chuckled and shook her head

Flashback ends

By the end of the story, Akshu was asleep and everyone was smiling, especially KS. She was overwhelmed by all the beautiful memories of her life with the most special people.

Then AS stood up and said: Abhi kahani khtm nhi hui.....

KS: Ama ab kaa bacha hai? Hamari puri life story toh kehdi sabne

AS: Ayy chup. Uske baad uss ladki ke bhai ne itne saalo uprant usko goad mein uthaya aur kaha (cupping KS face): hamari gudiya ko janamdivas ki hardik shubhkaamnayein

KS glanced up at the clock which showed the time as 12:04. It was her birthday! She smiled at AS and hugged him.

KS: Bas bas jeet gaye aap.......I love you! :)
