Background Information

Background: (Y/n)'s family owns a well-known restaurant named Silver Sky. The Golden Sky has been open for a long time, (Gp/n) opened it up and then it got passed onto (F/n) when (Gp/n) retired. The Silver Sky has three locations, Japan, Italy, and France. (Y/n) started to learn how to cook at a young age from her family and she picked it up quickly. Eventually, (Y/n) started to cook at the Japan restaurant, occasionally helping when her parents would go on business trips to the other two locations. One time on a business trip, her parents got into a car crash and ended up passing away. The death was very hard on (Y/n). (Y/n) and the business got given to (Gp/n). (Gp/n) lives on Totsuki Grounds and is very close friends with Senzaemon Nakiri (they went to school together). (Gp/n) homeschools (Y/n) because she is very shaken up after what happened. (Y/n) starts to hone her cooking skills even more, seemingly better after her parent's passing (she had more strong emotions after their death that she could put into her food). She'd often wander the Totsuki grounds and sometimes make friends with the people there (hint hint). Around a year after this happens (Gp/n) passes away due to a heart attack and the family restaurant is shut down because there is no adult in the (L/n) family to run it. (Y/n) is raised from thereon by some of the Totsuki staff, she moves around living with Senzaemon, Jun, and Fumio. (Y/n) is still homeschooled (not a Totsuki student), she learns from the various teachers and students she meets. Once (Y/n) gets older she helps out various Totsuki alumni with their restaurants and gains the title of S Seat. When high school comes, she transfers into Totsuki and moves into the dorms.

S Seat: There are many things the S stands for in S Seat like S class, superior, superlative, stagiaire, Senzaemon's right hand, and secret. People in the academy know of the seat and what the seat does but they have no idea who holds it. This seat was made for (Y/n) because she got to a high enough cooking level where it would be near impossible for a student to become the first seat by beating her in a food war, so they made a new seat so people could become the first seat. With the S Seat, (Y/n) has extra responsibilities at the school (planning/running some events, paperwork, and communicating with and helping alumni) and is the highest rank in the Elite Ten Council. The Council of Ten knows who the S seat is because of meetings they have to attend, but they have sworn to secrecy. The staff and alumni also know who the S Seat is because they have to keep in contact.

Cooking Ability: Like Soma, (Y/n)'s cooking gets better from experiences, but not in the same way. (Y/n) puts her emotions into her food sort of how figure skaters put emotions into their routine or artists put emotions into their art. A big part of this comes from her passion, she puts her all into the dish and how she's feeling/wants other people to feel (in those scenes after people eat the food when they're explaining what it's like). These emotions that she puts into her food come from things that she experiences that have an emotional impact (joy, sadness, love, etc.).

Goal: (Y/n) wants to become a chef to honour her family and make people smile.

Love Interests: A lot, it's a harem. Boys and girls, students and some alumni too (Alumni are aged down by 4 years to make the age gap less bad). Comment who you want to see the most and I'll make sure to add more scenes with them!

- Sorry if this story is bad, cliche, or boring, it's the first story that I'm writing and I'm not the most creative person.

- The grammar in this book probably won't be that good.

- The writing may be a bit all over the place, it's how I normally think (my brain moves from idea to idea a lot, when thinking I often think in pictures/videos that I can't always describe in words, and sometimes I can't quite put emotions into writing).

- I haven't really been in a good romantic relationship so I may not describe the romantic things that well (they may be cringe).

- If you don't like the story then you don't need to read, there's plenty of other stories out there (I've seen people dislike Kojiro being added to harems on Wattpad and I don't want to get hate, I just think he's cool ;~;).

- The story will follow the plot of both the anime and manga (I'm alternating). Some chapters and scenes will be completely original though.

- I won't always write everything the manga or anime is saying, sometimes I'll sum it up because I don't feel like writing that much.

- I don't own Food Wars or pictures and videos that I put into the story. Food Wars belongs to Yuto Tsukada.
