Food Feelings

Chapter 11

You wake up hearing a groan and a yawn 'Is someone in my room?' You think. You open your eyes and remember that you didn't sleep in your room last night, you actually slept in your S Seat office on the couch, or rather you slept cuddling with Eishi on the couch. You lift your head that was resting on Eishi's chest and you look at him and he is looking right back at you. The morning glow in the office really made Eishi's face a sight to see along with the messy hair from sleeping.

Upon making eye contact you both jumped up off the couch and started apologizing to each other not meaning to fall asleep on the couch together. After the apology is over you and Eishi quickly make breakfast in the kitchen and eat together. You both were moving quickly because you both still had to get to your residences to get ready for school. When breakfast was finished you both said a quick goodbye and then left to get ready.

You quickly walked to the dorm hoping that no one had noticed that you were gone for the night, not wanting to lie about where you were. Once you got to the dorm you tried to sneak up to your room with no one noticing. You were tiptoeing to the stairs since you didn't want your footsteps to be heard seeing as it was currently breakfast time and the dining hall was right by the stairs.

One thing you didn't account for though is the late risers, you look up and see Ryoko coming down the stairs and she spots you 'Shit' You thought. "(Y/n)!" Ryoko says surprised, rushing over to you. Since she said it loudly a few others from the dining hall came to the entrance, including Satoshi, Megumi, Soma, and Yuki. "Where were you? We were worried about you, you weren't here all night and you weren't answering your phone."

"Oh, I was..." You start, trying to think of an excuse "At a friend's house and we lost track of time so I spent the night. Sorry I made you guys worry." You awkwardly laugh "I didn't see your calls on my phone, when did you guys call?" You ask curiously, honestly not seeing them.

"Around 10 pm" Megumi replies to your question. It made sense to you since you guys had started watching the movie around 9 and you fell asleep around halfway through you think.

You pat your blazer pockets but you don't feel your phone and your eyes widen a bit, "Crap, I forgot my phone at my friend's house" You say.

"I can walk you to your friend's house (Y/n) so you can get your phone," Yuki says. Well damn, you didn't expect this, now you're nervous not wanting to get caught in your lie.

"Oh that's ok Yuki, I don't want to trouble you," You say trying to get out of the situation.

"I insist!" Yuki says cheerfully, completely unaware of what you're trying to do.

You look at Satoshi trying to give subtle signals like making an awkward help me face along with mouthing office to him. You hoped that he could catch your lie and signals so that he could help you. "No worries Yuki, I can take (Y/n)" Satoshi says.

Everyone then disperses from the entrance to the dorm so they can get ready for school. "Thank you so much, Satoshi" You thank him sighing in relief now being out of the situation you were previously in.

"Don't worry about it (Y/n)" He says with a smile. "Go get ready for school then we can head to your friend's house to get your phone," Satoshi says with a wink at the end when talking about your friend's house. You nod with a smile and he ruffles your hair before you leave to go to your room.

You quickly get ready for school and you look in the mirror to make sure you look ok before heading downstairs. When you get downstairs you see Satoshi waiting for you by the door and you walk over to him. He holds his hand out and playfully says, "Shall we?" and you nod with a laugh and take his hand. The walk to your office was nice, you and Satoshi talked about a lot of random things.
