Helena ran to her dorm and she started crying in her bed.
"Helena? What happened? Marls, Mary go get some hot chocolate from the kitchens..." ordered Lily and the girls exited the dorm and headed to the kitchens.
"Its alright... We are here..." Lily said and she hugged her friend. Some minutes later Mary and Marlene came back with 4 delicious hot chocolates.
"Okay... Do you feel comfortable telling us what happened?" Asked Mary as she was giving her friend the mug with the chocolate.
"Yeah... Earlier, I was reading a book alone in a corridor and Lucas Davis came and asked me to the Ball. I had rejected everyone else so he was my only chance to have a date so I accepted. The thing is that when I told the boys, Sirius and I started arguing and then Remus took part in... And after a lot of fighting I left and came here..." explained Helena
"Oh my God..." spoke Marlene
"Hey, I have an idea! Why don't you go to bed now and tomorrow we will make you look so beautiful that Remus will regret not asking you!" Explained Lily and the girls nodded in agreement.
"Yeah alright... Goodnight..." said Helena and she closed the curtains that she had in her bed. "Silencio" she said and now that noone could hear her, she started crying again...
The next day she woke up, not sad, but angry about last night's events. She noticed that someone had put her a blanket as she was asleep and had opened the curtains. As she got up she saw a box at the edge of her bed. She took it and opened it. Inside there was another smaller box, a chocolate and a card. She opened the card first.
Merry Christmas El! Hope you like the present I got you! And I'm sorry about earlier...

She smiled at herself and read the letter a lot of times before she opened the present. I can't believe that he came here to give me the present and that he apologized! She kept thinking as she was reading it for the 5th time. Finally she took the small box out of the bigger one. She took of the ribbon it had and she opened it. Inside there was a necklace with a heart that could open. Inside there was a photo of them where they were eating chocolate and reading a book together.
"Happy Christmas Helena!" Cheered Lily interrupting her friends thoughts "Here is your present!"
"Oh thank you! And here is yours, hope you like it!" Replied Helena as she gave her friend her present. Helena had bought her a sweater and Berty Bott's Every Flavor Beans and Lily had bought her a book called The Tales Of Beedle The Bard and 2 chocolate frogs
"Thank you so much Lily! I love it!" Smiled Helena, forgetting for a bit her anger. "I'll go give the boys theirs presents now and I'll meet you in 5 minutes at the common room for breakfast. Don't worry I won't bring the boys with me. Oh, and tell Marls and Mary that their presents are under their beds please!"
"Okay Helena! Thank you so much for the gift!"
The girl walked down the stairs and she walked up the others that led in the boys dorm. She knocked the door...
"Can I come in...?" She muttered
"Yes... Merry Christmas..." said James not looking her in the eyes. Sirius didn't even speak to her.
"James here is your present and this is Sirius'. Can you please give it to him? Happy Christmas..."
"Um yeah thank you..." he responded
Then Helena walked to Remus and smiled to him as she gave him her present. "Thank you, I loved your present" she whispered so that only he could listen. As she was going to leave James stopped her and gave her Sirius' and his presents. She walked down the stairs and then she and the girls went down to have breakfast.
"Hi Helena! Guess what happened!"
"What?"
"A while after you went to bed, I went to the common room and I bumped into Sirius. He said that he was going to our dorm because he wanted to tell me something. I asked he what was it and then he asked me if I wanted to go to the Ball with him!"
"Did you accept?"
"Of course I accepted!"
"Oh my God Mary I'm so happy for you!" Sang Helena
"Okay now let's go have some breakfast cause I'm starving" begged them Marlene and they started walking to the Great Hall.
