"Why are you here?"
Forth blinked. He looked up at the cute boy in oversized pajamas, glaring down at him with his hands on his hips.
Suddenly he was reminded of why he likes that boy so much. No, he never had any romantic or sexual feelings for the boy, ever. Not even when he was pretending to chase after him. Kao was like a breath of fresh air, just like Beam. Someone so different from the rest of the world. There was something too innocent and pure about the boy that Forth could not even dream of thinking of him that way. Not that he could even think of anyone other than Beam. Not anymore.
There weren't many people in the world like Beam or Kao. There weren't many families in the world like this family here. There wasn't as much love in this world as they had for each other.
And now, watching that kid glaring down at him and looking like an innocent baby while doing that, he couldn't help chuckling.
"Hey!" Kao huffed and puffed, enraged for being laughed at. But that just made Forth's smile widen.
"I am your brother's fiance. Do I need a reason to come pick him?" he asked in an arrogant tone, enjoying the way that boy's anger rose.
"No, you can't! We don't like you! Go away!" Kao stormed him. "We're not giving you our P'Beam!"
Forth blinked again. Then he bit on his lower lip. "Then, it's a good thing it's not up to you" he said, making Kao's nostrils flare even more.
"You!"
"Kao" Lyla scolded him from the kitchen and he straightened up, pouting.
"I didn't do anything mom!" he sulked.
"Yeah, I heard what you didn't do! Stop terrorizing your brother in law!" Lyla called and he gasped. "Forth son, stay for breakfast"
"Not you too! No he's not!" Kao stormed, ready to pack a punch.
"Hey! Hold on! Hold on! Easy tiger" Pete wrapped his arms around Kao's waist, pulling him back and shooting Beam a desperate look who just stood there, watching Kao in amusement.
Beam sighed. "Kuma!" He called and just that was enough to calm Kao, who straightened up and pouted at his brother.
Beam chuckled. "Don't worry baby, I don't like him either" he said and Kao grinned down at Forth.
"See? He doesn't like you! Go away now!" Kao told Forth who just gave him a lazy look before eyeing Beam who rolled his eyes.
"But I'm going with him Kuma" Beam told Kao.
"WHAT? OVER MY DEAD BODY!" Kao shouted.
"Huh, where do we bury you then?" Forth asked in a serious tone and Pete, all but had to lift Kao off the ground to stop him from attacking the smug older guy.
.
."Kao... hey, kitten..."
"Don't kitten me! I don't like you!" Kao puffed his cheeks and looked down sulkily. "He took my P'Beam!"
Pete sighed and rolled his eyes. "Yes, but that doesn't mean you should... I mean... Em... P'Beam went with him and... he could easily kick ass! I mean, you may not have noticed but... He's scary... You shouldn't worry..."
Sharp, who was busy saving his crisps from Rome, looked up, giving the boys an amused look and decided to help. "What he means, is you should stop acting like a jealous boyfriend" he said and Kao shot an alarmed Pete an angry glare.
"Did you?" Kao asked Pete who was fast to shake his head.
"No! The fuck phi!" Pete snapped at Sharp who laughed out. "No! Kao! I didn't mean that!"
