Just The Two Of Us

   Eli had been leading Cas aimlessly through the woods for the past ten minutes and he was starting to worry. After a few more minutes the older male stops causing Eli to trip when he keeps walking. Eli looks over his shoulder then turns all the way around and walks up to his boyfriend. Grabbing both his hands, "What's wrong?" He whispers and presses his forehead against Cas' while bringing his hands up to kiss them.

   "Where're we going." He asks, still confused. Eli sighs and pulls away and stares down at the other man for a while then starts tugging him along again. Cas just groans and follows him, his feet already sore from walking all day.

   "Depending on how this goes dictates if I carry you home or not." Eli teases and Cas rolls his eyes but still has a smile on his face. They found a small corner then walk out onto a cliff, they have timed it just right, the sun was just now starting to set and was bathing the valley below in beautiful oranges, pinks, and yellows. Cas is too occupied looking at the beautiful sight in front of him to notice that his boyfriend had gotten down on one knee, only looking at him when his hands have been grabbed. Cas tilts his head and Eli smiles nervously then stares down at his boyfriend's hands, "I love you Cas."

   "I...love you too. Eli are you okay?" After he doesn't say anything Cas starts to worry even more, "Baby what's wr-"

   "I know these past few years have been considerably shitty and this probably isn't the best time to ask but ummm... you only live once I guess." He lets out a nervous breath the takes a deep one and closes his eyes, "I don't have a ring, and we can't have anything fancy. But I love you so much and I really want to be your husband, it probably sounds stupid because of well... because if the world we live in n-"

   "Yes."

   "Wh-"

   "Fucking yes Eli, yes I'll marry you." Cas says and kneels in front of the other man, pulling him into a hug, "Gid I love you." Eli grins and hugs him back tightly, pressing his face into his neck.

   "I love you too Angel." He whispers and pulls away to kiss Cas quickly, "It's still kinda stupid though, it isn't like we're going to break up, we were practically already married just not officially." Cas laughs and grabs his husband's face then just looks at him for a while before kissing his head and standing.

    "You better be carrying me back." He says sassily and Eli laughs before standing and picking Cas up, slinging him over his shoulder and trudging back to the cabin they had found to stay the night in, "HEY!"

    "I didn't say HOW I was going to carry you. Just that I was." Eli says with a smirk. Cas grunts and lets his body go limp.

    "I hate you."

    "You love me."
