After Malefica’s confession and our hug. We split up and she looked at me through her glossy eyes smiling and said.

“Now you didn’t come here to hear a confession, did you?”

“Nope”

“What’d you find?”

“The potion bottle, it was in one of my classmate’s desk.”

“Your classmate?” She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.

“Yes, I don’t get it either.”

“I think someone might’ve planted it there, ooor” She said dragging the ‘o’ in or.

“Or what?”

“He might not be human”

“You think so?”

“What else?”

“I highly doubt it, let’s just go with the fact someone planted it on him.”

“Sure, but give me his name just to be sure. I will check the archives for his name in case he is undercover”

“Can angels and demons even go to a human school?”

“Demons can’t, but angels, fallen angels and dark ones can.”

“Oh, why can’t demons attend human schools?”

She smirked and proudly said. “We can’t obey rules Amandine, no one can control us. They couldn’t stop us even if we set the whole school on fire.”

“Oh right, and it’s Amanda”

“Sirena, your mother, used to tell me that if one day she had a daughter she would name her Amandine.” She said smiling weakly.

“Isn’t Amandine sort of angelic?”

“It is, of course at that time she was crazy in love with your father that she stopped thinking straight.” She said the phrase ‘your father’ with such distaste you could feel the hate she felt towards my dad.

“Anyway, should we report this to the council?”

“Yes, let’s go”

I got enveloped with the same cloud I’ve grown familiar too, and sooner than I knew it, we were facing the council. Lucifer and Celestus had their backs to us. Malefica cleared her throat and they turned to us.

“Amandine” Celestus exclaimed, “What are you doing here?”

“We found the potion bottle. It was in one of my classmate’s desk”

“How is that possible?” Lucifer asked. “Humans don’t have access to our world”

“He may not be human, Lucifer.” Celestus said, holding out his hand to me to give him the flask. He brought it to his nose and smelled it.

“Definitely not a demon’s scent however it may be a dark angel”

Lucifer took it from him and mirrored Celestus’ actions, and nodded his head to himself.

“It’s a fallen angel”

“We’ll keep the flask with us, as evidence when the time comes. But for now excellent work, don’t forget to explore Dumblus Grimm’s reservoirs. Malefica I do believe you will guide her.”

“Yes sir”

“Well if that is all, you-“

“Actually Sir, there is something I need to discuss with you…privately”

Celestus nodded in understanding, and he extended his hand for me to take it.

We transported to a beautiful garden, it was absolutely gorgeous. There were trees everywhere forming an enchanted forest. Each tree was decorated with a set of colorful flowers. The sky was a clear blue with a few clouds covering it. The clouds had a swerved shape making it easy for the small children lying on the grass to make out figures out of them. I heard one of them saying they saw a rabbit. We passed by a pond, there were a few water lilies floating on top of it. There was a playground by the trees and may I say this might be the most clean and white playground I had ever seen. We stopped by an artificial waterfall, where a rainbow had been formed by the drops, and sat at a bench.

“I see you took quite an interest in your surroundings.” Celestus said with a smile.

“I’m astonished and totally blown-away. This place is like...”

“Heaven” He finished for me with a light chuckle.

“Exactly” I said with a laugh.

“What did you want to discuss?” He asked, almost concerned.

“While searching for the potion bottle, I think I unlocked some of my powers.”

“What kind of powers?”

“I could move an object from a distance just by pointing at it. I also found a way to trace clues, I closed my eyes and my vision changed. I still don’t know how though”

“Ahh I see, well these are both angelic and demonic things, however what color was your vision. Was it blue, gold or black&white?”

“Neither, it was purple.”

“How odd! Usually blue is for angels, gold for demons, and fallen angels black&white.”

“What about dark angels?”

“They do not own such power.”

“So I’m one step closer and two steps back to finding out what I am”

“I’m afraid so, my dear.”

My face fell as he said those words.

“However Amandine, I do know one thing about you. No matter what you turn out to be, you won’t be a normal supernatural being, you will become more powerful than any of the previous Angels and demons.”

“How so?”

“Well for a first, you have three kinds of bloodlines running through your veins. Dark Angel, Pure Angel and Demon blood. That’s one thing no one has ever possessed”

After our conversation, I decided to head home and check on Melissa it was getting late, and she was already fast asleep. I went to my room and decided to call it a day.
