I hope everyone is enjoying the story so far. I really hope I don't suck at this.

Thank you again my loves :))))

My eyes open, and I start panicking.

"Connor!," I look around the hospital room.

Then the nurses come into the room and try to calm me down.

"Miss you're at the hospital, everythings alright," the blonde nurse assures me.

"Where’s Connor?" I stutter and quietly sob.

"Just calm down miss, we are here to help you," the other nurse says.

My parents run into the room, and my mom wraps her arms around me.

"Its okay baby girl, everythings alright," My mom says trying to comfort me.

At that moment Connor appears in the room, he looks as though he had been running all the way here. Looking over at him, I look back at my mom.

"Can I talk to Connor for a few minutes alone?" I look at her with sympathy.

She nods and her and my father walk out of the room, as well as the nurses.

Once the door shuts, silence is held for a few brief seconds. Until Connor is sitting on the side of my bed, I have my arms wrapped around his damp sweaty body. I would be grossed out right now but I didn’t care, I wanted to hold onto Connor. I remembered the last thing, I was with Connor at the scene of the wreck. Next thing I knew I was waking up in this hospital. I am interrupted from my thoughts.

"I got worried, when I couldn’t see you anymore. I thought..," He stutters at the end.

I run my hand through his hair, as I look into his glossy eyes.

"Shh.. its okay. Im okay..," I leaned my forehead against his, I could feel his heart beat slowly down.

I smiled knowing I calmed him down.

"We have to tell your parents Haiden, what they did," He looks at me saying softly in a whisper.

"How can we prove it? They won’t believe me if I don’t have evidence," I look down.

"What if we can confront them, alone without anyone around. Then we record the conversation, that would be enough evidence to expose them," He says with hope in his eyes.

"That seems kinda dangerous," I say.

"Its worth a shot," he exclaims.

A knock interrupts me and Connors conversation, the nurse walks in.

"Miss Emerson, I’m sorry to interrupt but the doctor will be coming in soon. He wants to talk with you for a moment and run some tests. Just to make sure everythings alright. You might be able to go home tomorrow at the latest," the nurse explains.

"Okay, thank you," I give her a warm smile, and she leaves the room.

"I think I better go, so you can talk to the doctor," he gets up and starts walking towards the door.

"Connor…. I’m sorry you got mixed up in all of this," I sigh.

"I’m just glad your still alive...but all of this is worth it," he says with a smile and leaves.
