Saturday
_______
I spin the keys of my provided Lamborghini around my finger as I walk into this ginormous auditorium.

Apparently this gig turned into that I'm going to be touring with these guys for a while.

I honesty don't know what to expect from this tour. Im going to be opening up for them. I do not know who is going to be here.
Hopefully some good people.

I'm greeted by a younger lady mid-20's with blonde hair right as I walk into the lobby of the auditorium.

"Hello mam' may I help you with something?" She asked nicely.

"Yes, I'm scheduled for a gig rehearsal. Jeremy is my producer." I said showing a big smile.

"Ahh, yes Ms. Brookes. Please follow me this way." She said leading me through a luxurious hallway, to the doors of the auditorium.

I walk down the hallway following the lady. I felt slightly underdressed for this location, but it's just a rehearsal. I've learned to stay confident in any situation I'm in. I was wearing a white shirt crop top, with Jean shorts on. Which made my stomach show. To top it all off I had some gold and black high top shoes on.

'Stay confident' I repeated to myself as she lead me through the doors.

Once I entered, I gulped to the sight.

A humongous stage stood in front of me, with rows and rows and rows of seats which never seemed to end.

I saw the managers my the stage talking with some other people who I couldn't see.

"Right this way Ms. Brookes." The lady said directing me to the stage.

I apologized and began walking with her again. Once we reached the stage I thanked her before she left and waited for the managers to finish their discussion before I spoke.

"Hey, Jeremy." I said.

The men turned around.

"Ms. Brookes nice to see you." He said indulging me in a hug.

"Same to you." I said while hugging back, then smiling at him.

Jeremy was a middle aged man. Very handsome, and very successful with his career. That's why I was shocked when I got the opportunity to work with him right off-the-bat.

"Ms.Brookes I would like you to meet the other managers of this gig." Jeremy said referring to the other men.

I shook their hands. "Nice to meet you all, oh and please call me Chelsey."

"Yes, Chelsey. If you wouldn't mind me asking who are you. I don't mean it in offense or anything of the nature. It's just i never seen you perform before or heard of you." One of the men asked me he was very broad looked older with a very
sharp jaw line. I think his name was David.

"Oh of course not. I'm just starting off with my singing career. I've been working with Jeremy for these past couple of months since I just graduated high school." I said gesturing to him. "I'm just trying to put my name out there and we both think that these gigs will be the best thing for me." I finished then smiled, still being confident.

They men nodded their heads. "Well it seems like your off to a good start. I wish you the best of luck." David said while smiling. "My clients I guess I should say didn't start to long ago either." He added.

I tilted my head wondering who he could be talking about.

He continued. "They both just graduated Highschool just like you actually. They went to Burkhills Highschool in Omaha."

"No way! I went their too." I said excitedly, maybe I knew these guys.

"Wow. Small world." David said while chuckling. "They're both here, if you want to meet them. I don't know where they went. Probably flirting with some girls." He said while shaking his head then pulling out his phone.

The other managers that were standing with us just laughed.

"Hold on let me call my son, when he comes the other one follows." He said while laughing.

He turned around and walked a couple seats down and told the guys to come the auditorium, i couldn't make out what he called them since he turned his back towards us.

David walked back over.
"They said there coming, just a few minutes." He said while rubbing his hands together.

I just nodded and took a seat in one of the chairs in the front row and pulled out my headphones sticking a earbud in each ear.

I turned on my music, drowning all the other noises out.

I wonder who these guys are?

I wonder if they bullied me?

Do I know them?

I kept repeating these questions, until I got interrupted by someone tapping my shoulder.

"Hey Chelsey."

I looked up and saw Jeremy.

"Oh hey" I said pulling out my earphones and tucking them in my purse. "What's up?"

"David wanted you to come meet the guys." He said.

"Oh right, yes I'll be right there." I replied .

"Ok we will be in the dining room, it's down the hall." He said directing towards the door then walking off.

I reapplied my makeup and made sure my hair looked good before I walked out of the auditorium and down the hall.

I opened the door slowly, peeking through. They were towards the back . I saw David and he saw me and waved me over. No one seemed to notice his action.

I closed the door and walked confidently over to where they were sitting. He smiled at me and gestured for me to sit down.

"Sorry they just went to use the restroom, they'll be back and second." He said leaning back in his seat.

"Ok" is all I replied. I got on my phone checking all my social media apps. I gained over a thousand followers due to working with one of the best recording mangers in the country. If someone asked me how I felt about this journey so far I don't think I could express how grateful I am. I'm just so happy with my life- my thoughts got interrupted.

"Here they are." David said.

I looked up from my phone to meet a pair of eyes,
that I never thought I would see again.

My mouth parted slightly open. I was in complete shock right now. He looked as suprised as I was.

"Chelsey this is Jack Johnson, and my son Jack Gilinksy." He said grabbing onto their shoulders.

"They're Jack and Jack."

Oh no.
