"Be Mine." -EREMIN-

Senior Year

(Eren, Armin, and Mikasa are now 18)

It was the first day of Armin's Senior year. Armin woke up early around 5, but didn't get good sleep. He wearily put on his clothes. He decided to pick out a blue sweater with some jeans and converse. The boy brushed out his short hair, (Yes S4 Hairstyles for Eren and Armin, or however you want to look at them.) and walked down the stairs to his kitchen.

He turned on the stove and got out a frying pan and took out some eggs from the fridge. He gripped one egg and broke it on the pan.

Crack. 

He took out a spatula from one of his kitchen drawers while waiting for the egg to fry. He looked at his clock. He groaned when he realized it was 5 A.M. He brought his focus back to the egg and flipped it over. He waited for the other side to cook while he got out a plate. He flipped the egg and put it on the plate. He poured himself some orange juice and began to eat his breakfast.

While eating, he looked through the messages on his phone. 

Eren. 

It said on one of the bars. He clicked on the icon and began to text him.

5:12 A.M.

I feel so tired.

Armin sat his phone down and began to go back to eating. He looked back at his phone when he heard a sudden dinging.

5:13 A.M.

Then I'll pick you up at your house and I'll  drive us to school.

Armin didn't expect Eren to respond that quickly. It was 5 in the morning.

5:14 A.M.

Sure, I guess you can but you don't have too.

5:15 A.M.

I'll pick you up at 5:45.

Armin began to eat his breakfast faster. He didn't want to be late. He finished his breakfast and out the plate in the sink, he began to pack up his backpack and brush his teeth. Armin checked the time when he was finished.

5:42 A.M.

Perfect. He thought to himself. He began to put his backpack over his shoulders and walk outside his house and wait for Eren. It wasn't long before Eren came up to his house and Armin got into the drivers seat.

"Hey Armin!" Eren said excitedly. Armin turned to his bestfriend with a smile. "Hello Eren." He said back. Eren gave him a grin and began to drive to school. It was awkwardly silent so Armin tried to start a conversation.

"Why did you respond so fast?  It's 5 in the morning." Armin said with a chuckle. Eren looked at Armin. "I thought you were in trouble, so I responded quickly." Eren said to Armin. Armin looked at him confused. "Well okay," Armin said with a puzzled expression.

It wasn't long before the two boys were at the high school pretty early. There were only a few people there, so they decided to sit on a bench outside the school. Since it was so early, Armin forgot to wear some comfy clothes. He wrapped his arms around himself trying to stay warm. Eren looked at the shivering boy.

"Take my jacket." He said. He began to take off his jacket. Armin looked at him. "Eren, you don't have to I'm fine." Armin said. Eren didn't listen and put the covering on Armin. Armin could feel his cheeks heating up. 

"There." Eren said with a smile and a giggle. Armin looked at Eren with a grin. A few minutes later, people started to fill the school. Mikasa walked over to the bench they were sitting on.

"You guys are early," Mikasa said. Armin nodded. Eren looked at her. "Armin wanted to be early for his first day, so I picked him up." Eren said. Mikasa looked at him, and then at Armin. "You know Armin could've just drove himself." Mikasa said while crossing her arms.

Eren glared at her. It was pretty awkward for a few seconds, Armin thought it would be best to break the silence. "Well, I think we should head inside." Armin spoke. "Okay Armin!" Eren said with a smile. The three walked inside, and their first day of sophomore year had begun.

It was the middle of English class. Armin stared at the clock but also giving some of his attention to the teacher. He waited patiently for lunch, also following the teacher along with the lesson. He tapped his right foot on the ground.

Ding..

The students began to pack their bags while the teacher was talking over them. "Remember kids, there will be homework tomorrow so make sure to study." Armin noted that in his head. He put his books in and his pencils and began to walk out of the class with the other students beside him for lunch. He couldn't wait to see Eren and Mikasa.

He got into the cafeteria and began to twist and turn his head and try to spot his friends. He saw them sitting on a circular table near the corner of the large cafeteria. It was near the coffee shop, the vending machines were on the other side.

Eren waved to Armin and Armin saw that the 2 had gotten school lunches. "Armin!" Eren said with a smile. Armin smiled back and began to walk over to the table with his backpack. He walked with a smile until some kid with 2 other people beside him bumped into him. 

"Move it, loser." One of the kids said. They trio walked away and Armin looked back as they moved passed him. He ignored it and began to walk back to the table with a smile. On the other hand, Eren looked pissed. He glared down at the three kids. He wouldn't stop staring at them.

Armin got to the table and sat his backpack down, and opened up his backpack and got out a sandwich. "Hello, Armin." Mikasa said. "Hi Mikasa!" 

Eren was still staring down at those kids with a death stare. He looked almost emotionless. Mikasa nudged her brother trying to get him back into reality. He got back into focus and turned his head to look at Armin. "Hello Armin, who were those kids?" Eren said with a half-hearted smile.

Mikasa looked at him. "I-I don't really know. I'm sure it's fine." Armin said. Eren looked at the blonde boy. "Okay." He said with a smile. You could tell he was pissed. It was pretty awkward. "Well, how was the classes Armin?" Mikasa asked while holding her sandwich in her left hand. Armin turned to look at her.

"It was great!" Armin said. "Well that's good, Hey Armin want to hang out after school?" Eren asked facing him. "U-uh yeah sure, does Mikasa want to come?" Armin said whiling looking at Mikasa. Eren's smile seemed to fade.

If only she was gone..

Eren thought. Mikasa looked at Eren. "I'm fine, you two can have the day to yourselves." Mikasa said with a sigh. Eren suddenly became happy again, knowing he got to spend the whole day with Armin alone.

"Thanks Mikasa." Eren said. Armin looked at him. "So Eren, what do you want to do?" Armin asked with a gleeful expression. Eren's eyes lit up. "Let's go the amusement park!" He said excitedly. Mikasa giggled. So did Armin. "Okay Eren, of course we can." Armin said with a smile.

And that was the first day of their Senior Year.
