The next days had been rough for me and Jarris. We only talk to each other thrice a week and it's really torture but I'm learning to understand him just like how he understands me. He's so close to graduating and I'm planning to go when that day comes. Probably next year, in the month of May.

I was just chilling inside a café where me and Neo have decided to meet for our project. We already talked about our plans last week and all we have to do now is to make a presentation. Pinadala ko sakanya yung laptop niya since I'm too lazy to get mine. I'm thirty minutes early but I didn't mind at all.

I ordered some milkshake and a slice of chocolate cake. I also have my airpods. Kehlani's songs are such a vibe. RNB is my thing. Tita called me last night, I only gave her yes and no's. Nangamusta lang siya saakin and informed me that she will visit next week. Ayaw ko mang idecline pero nagawa ko pa ding umo-o, baka yun na naman maging rason ng tatay ko para awayin ako. It sucks.

"Kanina ka pa?"

"Hindi naman," I lied.

Tumingin siya mga pagkain ko sa lamesa tapos pabalik saakin. I grinned and shrugged my shoulders. Claudia wanted to be with us but she have her own group. Magkita nalang kami mamaya kung maaga silang matapos ang sabi ko.

"Wait.. ito yung laptop" he handed me the black leathered laptop case.

He went to my back and typed his password even before I could ask him. Naamoy ko yung pabango niya nung medyo yumuko siya sa gilid ko para iset up ang laptop niya. Hindi naman na yun kailangan pero hinayaan ko nalang. It didn't made me feel uncomfortable naman.

"I'll just type then you dictate kung anong ilalagay natin.. I also made something sa papel. You can check it"

"Ang seryoso naman ng partner ko," he laughed. I rolled my eyes and continued what I'm typing.

I saw him standing up and walked towards the counter. He might be hungry. Pinagpatuloy ko ang ginagawa at minsan ay tumitingin sa phone ko. I haven't told Jarris about my agenda for today. Siguro mamaya nalang pag nakauwi ako.

"I got you some brownies," Neo offered a plate of chocolate brownies.

"I'll get if I want," I said without looking at him.

"Ang sungit," he murmured.

Wala kaming matatapos kung papatulan ko yung mga pang-aasar niya. I sat there with my glasses, hair tied up and eyes focused on the screen.

"So anong ambag ko dito?" tanong niya, after thirty minutes of silence.

"Katahimikan," I said without breaking my sight to the screen in front of me.

"Ako naman magtype.. you can dictate" he offered.

I lifted my eyes on him, in the end I decided to give in. Nag stretching pa ako bago binigay sakanya yung laptop niya. Kumuha ako dun sa brownie at pumangalumbaba sa lamesa. I checked my phone while chewing.

Sunod sunod na tumunog yung phone ko dahil sa dami ng notifications sa ig at fb. I checked my facebook first, only to find out Neo's post. It's a picture of me taken just now with a caption, "cute ng partner ko, sana kayo din". It gained a lot of reacts and comments coming from our schoolmates and outsiders.

Most of the comments are saying that we will make a good couple if we start dating. I refused to reply on some. I glared at Neo while he's trying to become busy with our project. Binato ko siya ng tissue.

"Bakit?" he innocently asked.

"Anong bakit?! Delete your post, you're making an issue out of fake news" bumusangot ako.
