"What do you mean there's a note for me?" I ask. "Um, do I need to break it down for you? Ailee left you a letter along with her suicide note." Aria says. I roll my eyes. "Just show me the fucking letter, Aria. I don't have time for her smart ass mouth." I bite back with a smile. Josh looks at Aria and shrugs. I walk away, Josh close behind me. "Here you go, Mrs. Jung." my body shivered at what she had said.
Cheerfully smiling as I look down at the person's name tag, I reply, "Thank you, Barb." Wooyoung and I haven't talked in a while. I miss Rose so much. I need to call her and check on my baby. Poor thing is stuck with such an asshole for a step-father. He isn't even home ninety-nine percent of the time to take care of her because he's always at work or practicing. God, sometimes I wish I never married that scum.
"Y/N, you okay? You look really pale." Aria asks. I guess I had frozen and just stopped talking. "Oh yeah. Sorry. This is just really personal. I'm fine." I sniffle. As I open the letter, Seonghwa rushes into the police station. "Seonghwa, w-what are you doing here?" I ask. "Have you seen Wooyoung? The team hasn't seen him in 3 days. I don't know where he could of went. So I came here assuming he was with you. Rose is gone too. Nobody knows where he's gone. He didn't leave a note, text, call, anything. He just fucking disappeared off the earth. I'm freaking the fuck out." Seonghwa says.
Suddenly, I can't breathe. I can't move. It's like sleep paralysis, but you can breathe. My kid is fucking gone. Our kid is gone. I can't hear anyone talking. My breathing came back but it's fast-paced, almost too fast for me to keep up with. The room started spinning. My legs felt numb. I stumbled to stay up, but I fought the numbness only to be brought down anyway. Rose is gone. Wooyoung is gone. And nobody can find them. What happens now? We have 2 cases to solve?
