"What do you want?" I ask. "I came here for help. I know you hat me right now, and I hate you, but this would be a good time to let me in." San says. "I need a better reason then that." I cross my arms.

"Ok fine. I-I needed money so I asked a loan shark..." San says.
"How much?" I ask.
"Like fifty...million." He scratches his head. "San! You know you can't play with loan sharks. You will die. They can do way worse damage then I did. Sorry about that by the way." I look down. "I forgive you. I shouldn't have acted that way toward you. Or killed your baby... I didn't know what I was thinking. I just didn't like seeing you with someone else that wasn't me. It was painful to watch you be happy while I sat back and watched. But I held it in too long and let it get too far. I'm sorry." San cries.

I open the back door quickly, since it had been raining, letting San in. I couldn't help but notice he was limping. "We need to get you stitched up. But without getting seen by the public." I rub my chin. "Ah! Ok so, I'll need you to take a shower and disinfect your whole body. Then I'll stitch up your leg and then wipe it down to make sure it doesn't get infected again." I say. San nods."Since when did you become a surgeon?" He asks.

"I was in medical school for 3 years. I think I know what I am doing." I scoff.
"Hey babe. What's- Get the fuck out of my house San. I thought I made myself clear when I left the voicemail." Wooyoung bundles his hand into a fist, ready to throw it.

"No no. Wooyoung, San apologized already. He needs help. He is being hunted by loan sharks." I stand in between them.

"Mommy, there are guys outside with sirens on their cars." Rose says. Wooyoung and I look at each other. "Get San and go hide in the basement. I'll take Rose. Make sure to be very very quiet." Wooyoung says.

I nod. I help San as much as I can to the basement stairs. It may have taken us 20 minutes, but we got down there fast enough.

"Good evening sir. We have heard that your wife, Y/N, is staying in this
residence." I over hear the cop say.

Wooyoung POV
"Oh sorry sir. We got a divorce months ago. I'm so sorry for wasting your time." I say. "Sir, we will need to take you and your daughter down to the station for questioning." The officer says. "I don't think that'll be necessary. I am telling the honest truth." I refuse to let them try to get answers out of me.

I don't want Y/N being taken away from me or Rose. I double tap my earring to let Y/N listen to the conversation clearly. They are like those spy movie accessories.

"Don't let them in the house. And don't leave with them." Y/N says. "I won't. Just keep quiet or try to sneak out the back door." I say. "Ok. Be safe babe." She says. "You too." I say.

"Well, it's either I take you two down to the station or I search the house." Officer Popper says. "Ah sir, unless you have a warrant, I'm afraid you can't do that." I shrug. I knew these cops didn't have a warrant. I could tell by their facial expressions when I said it.

"Then we will be back with the warrant. In the mean time, be ready to come down to the station for questioning when we get back." Officer Popper says. I nod. "Thank you sir. Have a nice day. See you soon!" I shout as I give them a fake smile.

As I close the door I hear running coming from the stairs leading to the basement. "They are outside in the backyard. What are we going to do?" I watch the panic in Y/N's eyes shift back and forth.

I shrug. "I don't know. But we will have to whisper because they are probably listening in to see if you're here or not." I whisper.

Officer Popper POV
"I know that son of a bitch is in there. She has to be. Or else he wouldn't have kicked us out so fast." I say. "Well what are we going to do sir?" My partner says. "I have not a damn clue. Start surrounding the house in case she is here and is trying to escape." I say crossing my arms. "Yes Sir." He salutes. "You're not getting out of this one that easy." I say.

Y/N POV
"I can hear them pounding on the downstairs door." San and I had migrated upstairs to be on the lookout in case the cops tried to get in. I began to shake as I saw more cops pull up. "No no no. Go away. Stop bringing in back up." I shout. San quickly covers up my mouth.
