The prank and detention

Pov Moon

An hour later we are on our way to Filch's office with the stuff, the marauders map and invisibility cloak. Peter and Lily remain on the lookout as we go inside. The plan is to paint the office pink and detonate a few dung bombs as we leave. We've enchanted the dung bombs to go off one by one, and we've hidden them all over the office. As we sneak out of the office we see Mrs. Norris walking by with her sneaky look. James picks her up. "Quick in the broom closet!" he shouts and we all run into the broom closet. "Let's get Mrs. Norris on!" says James, pulling out the bucket of paint. Sirius begins Mrs. Painting Norris pink while James holds her. Then we hear explosions in Flich's office, which means he has entered his office. We quickly throw Mrs. Norris from the broom closet and we put the invisibility cloak on us. The six of us can barely get under it so Peter turns into a rat and sits on Remus' shoulder.We walk slowly to Professor Smith's office. We look through a crack in the door and see that Smith is still in her office. We quickly throw a dung bomb the other way and we see Smith angrily storming out of her office and cursing. Quickly we walk inside and start with our plan. This time Peter stands alone on the lookout. Lily and Remus start painting the pink, while Sirius hangs the garlands. James and I are putting up a banner saying Greetings from your favorite students! on it. We also throw some confetti around the office and hide some dung bombs that we enchanted in the same way as the one in Filch's office. When we're done we go back under the invisibility cloak and walk back to the common room.About half an hour later Minnie walks into the common room. "Will Potter, Black, Lupin, Grey and Pettigrew report to the principal?" asks Minnie "Hey, I helped too!" Lily yells "You too Evans!" says Minnie and we walk to Dumbledore.When we arrive at the gargoyle we say the password and walk upstairs. We stop in front of the door and Lily knocks on the door. "Come in" we hear from the other side of the door. "Ah, our problem makers. And Mrs. Evans, to what do I owe this visit?" Dumbledore asks Lily. "I helped them, Professor." Lily says softly, I know she's afraid to go to detention. "Well, I didn't expect that, everyone sit down. We need to talk about the consequences for your actions." says Dumbledore and we all take a seat on the other side of the desk, where Dumbledore had turned the chairs into a big couch that we all look after. "sour?" Dumbledore asks, pointing to a scale on his desk. We all grab a candy and Dumbledore continues.

Pov Lily

We will be punished for the rest of our lives. I'm sure. "Sour?" Dumbledore then asks, pointing to a scale on his desk. Unsure of what's going to happen, I grab a soda and Dumbledore continues. "How was St. Mungo's?" he asks. "Okay, I don't have to go back for a few weeks, and Hope, one of my healers, is going to see if my condition has an impact on my health." says Moon relaxed, how can she stay so relaxed. "Nice to hear." says Dumbledore. "Why did you paint Mrs. Norris and Mr. Filch and Professor Smith's offices pink and leave dung bombs everywhere, and don't forget that banner and those streamers in Professor Smith's office." says Dumbledore "We were bored." says James "Okay, then you are having detention tomorrow. Remus and Moon, you can clean the prize room, Lily and Sirius, you can clean the cauldrons in the potions room and James and Peter the gentlemen toilets throughout the castle. Without magic of course. " says Dumbledore. "Then you may go now." "see ya Dumbledore" Sirius says "See you later Moon and James say in unison. And we leave the office.

Pov Moon

The next day we had DADA (Defense Against the Dark Arts) again and Smith was worse than ever. She gave us an unexpected quiz about werewolves and every time we said something she didn't like she took points from Gryffindor. When the lessons were finally over we walked to Dumbledore's office, he first took James, Peter, Lily and Sirius to the cellars and then took us to the prize room. "Hand in your wands and Remus gave Dumbledore his wand, I gave Dumlbedore a decoy. "I'll be back in two hours and I'll decide whether you can leave or continue cleaning." Dumbledore says and he walks away."So what are we going to do?" I ask "Clean up, or do you want to stay here forever." say Remus "No, I'd rather not." I say and grab my wand. I do a cleaning spell and sit against the wall on the floor. Remus sits down next to me. "Remus?" I ask "Yes" Remus says "Are you angry that I never told you about my illness and that I and Sirius are twins?" I ask, lately I had the feeling that he was a little angry. "No, maybe a little at first, especially about you being twins, but not anymore. Why didn't you tell me anyway." asks Remus "I didn't tell you about my illness because I don't want people to see me as that sick girl and I wasn't allowed to tell you that me and Sirius are twins, so you have to keep it a secret." I say "I won't say anything." says Remus.After a while I lie with my head in Remus' lap and he is playing with my hair. I didn't realize it before, but these moments are amazing. Then Remus leans toward me and our faces are only an inch apart. I lean a little closer to him and press my lips to his. It seems as if time stops. After a while, Remus breaks the kiss. "Moon, would you do me the honor of being my girlfriend?" asks Remus "Yes, a thousand times yes!" I say happy and I kiss him again.

Pov third person

This is how the rest of the year passed. Gryffindor won the quidditch cup and Ravenclaw won the house cup. Remus and Moon told the rest about their relationship and Lily was very happy for the couple, James and Sirius were a little less happy because they don't want to see any of their friends hurt, but quickly reconciled when Remus promised not to hurt Moon and Moon said she wouldn't hurt Remus either. Peter was less interested, but he was still happy for them. The Marauders and Lily are on the train talking about the upcoming vacation and the past year.When the Marauders and Lily arrive on the platform, they say goodbye to each other and each find their own parents, promising to write each other a lot and meet up soon.
