Aaliyah's P.O.V.
Today is Imani's big day. He's acting like he's not nervous but I know he is, this is the first time that him and Bronny are facing each other in the finals.

I just finished getting dressed and I'm on my way to check on Imani so we can leave on time.

"Imani you ready?" I asked walking into his room

"Imani you ready?" I asked walking into his room.

"Yeah ma, just finishing up packing my bag, I already ate so we can leave in a minute."

"Ok cool I'll be downstairs with uncle Chris." I said then left.

"He ready to kick some ass today?" Chris asked as soon as I got downstairs.

"Isn't he always." I said.

Just then my phone started to ring. "Hey, Chris can you pass me my phone?" I asked.

"Yo, you got drake addicted or something, what's he calling for?" He asked as he handed me my phone.

"Oh hush!" I laughed taking my phone and walking away.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hey Aaliyah! I was just calling to let you know I reserved a seat for you and Chris court side for the game."

"Oh thank you so much! I usually get around to reserving a seat but with everything going on it just kind of slipped my mind, so thanks." I said.

"No problem girl! Is Imani done getting ready?" He asked

"Yup! I'm just waiting on him to come down so we can head over to the court."

"Ok great I'm gonna give him a call and get him pumped up! I'll see you at the game." He said then hung up.

Ten minutes later Imani came downstairs and we left.

Once we got to the game we saw the gym was packed. All the seats were filled. Then I saw Aubrey sitting in the front row with two other reserved seats next to him, so Chris and I headed over to him.

"Hey babygirl, you excited for the game? I know I am." He said pulling me into a hug.

"Yes I am so excited! This could be Imani's last game before the NBA. It's so crazy to think about. But I'm so proud of him." I said.

"So how was your day so far? I know you and Imani had a pretty deep talk last night, hopefully today is a lot lighter." I added.

"It was cool, I still have my son staying with me out here, so I've been having the best time. He was supposed to come today but he's pretty sensitive to all the loud noise and with it being the championship finals it will probably get really loud so he's better off at home." He explained.

"That's too bad, I went through the same thing with Imani though. When I first started working with Lebron years ago, he would invite us to lots of games but it was just so loud. But look at him now. Some day soon Adonis will be playing in his own championship game." I giggled.
