Izuku Midoriya hides the truth of his revival from detective Tsukauchi, Tsukauchi just wants to help and is concerned. Once he knows, he's having a hard time registering the truth.
For those who read the previous chapter, Midoriya is malnourished and dehydrated because losing a lot of blood and being dead for 10 hours could do that to you.

(3rd POV)
It is a pretty eventful morning for one Naomasa Tsukauchi when one of the police officers burst into the break room saying that the teen who committed suicide a day ago is now alive. As if on cue, another officer comes in and says a call was directed to him about the same teen.
'I don't have enough coffee for this', Tsukauchi thought tiredly. He got up and pluck the phone out of the officer's hand and answers.
"Hello?", he says.
"Detective, we need you to go to Musutafu General Hospital and ask Izuku Midoriya questions about his suicide case, he's alive apparently", a deep male voice says through the phone.
"How is he alive?", Tsukauchi says now fully wide awake after hearing the statement.
"We don't know, he didn't tell anyone how he's alive", the male voice responds.
"Ok, when do you need me to go?", Tsukauchi asks.
"Today, the hospital just told us 45 minutes ago. The hospital found out of his revival yesterday when a group of nurses was going to collect his body and move it for morticians to prepare the body for a funeral. Midoriya is currently in the hospital and will be staying there for a few days due to him being malnourished and dehydrated. You may get police officers or heroes that were involved with the case if you want", the male voice replies.
"Alright, thanks, bye", Tsukauchi says before he hung up.
"What's that about?", Sansa Tamakawa, a police officer with a cat quirk, asks.
"It's about the suicide incident a day ago. He wants me to interrogate the teen who committed the suicide", Tsukauchi says before taking a sip of coffee.
"Didn't the teen die in the hospital?", Tamakawa asks.
"Apparently, but he's somehow alive now", Tsukauchi says after.
"Is it part of his quirk?", his cat-like friend asks.
"No, the teen, Midoriya, is quirkless", Tsukauchi says. Other police officers that were in the room now looked shocked. They were about to voice their thoughts and opinions but Tsukauchi finished his coffee and left after saying, "Have to go interrogate the kid now, see you later."

In the hospital lays one Izuku Midoriya on the bed talking to Fall. The conversation is just questions directed to Fall.
"Do you sleep?", he asks.
"I don't need sleep, but I do get exhausted and I do sleep sometimes but not by exhaustion", she answers.
"What do you think of Kacchan now?", he now asks.
"........Well, I can't say that I'm ok with him now, but at least he redeemed himself than let himself stay forever corrupted", she answers. She then turns her head towards the door and now hides in the shadows once again. Midoriya turns his attention towards the door when Fall hides away. A few seconds later, the door opens to reveal Akiyama and another adult he doesn't recognize.
