Ingredients:
• 1 box chocolate cake mix
• however much oil, water, eggs, etc. the box calls for
• 1 can frosting (though i like to use at least 1.5 cans)
Instructions:
Mix the cake mix as the box says, and pour it in a round, microwave safe pan. (Make sure the pan has been greased!) Use the can of the frosting and a spoon to drop spoonfuls into the batter, make sure the frosting is placed everywhere! Cook in the microwave for 8-ish minutes and voilà! Chocolate lava cake!
I personally like to use another can of frosting to pour on top of the cake as soon as it gets out of the microwave!
I love this with a glass of milk, though most people serve it with vanilla ice cream (unless you're like my brother who uses chocolate ice cream), and my dad always puts tapioca pudding on top of it. The possibilities are endless!
