Okay, the only reason I want to do this word is because I have a theory for it.

Ok, so if you split the word up it is like this
buff-alo

So idk if any of y'all know about this thingy called aloe that u use when u have a sunburn. So the reason why I'm telling u this is because..... ( also I know alo isn't spelled the same as aloe but whatever)

My theory for buffalo is that there was a man that was at the beach the whole day and he got super sunburn so he poured like 20 bottles of aloe on him and turned into a harry animal called a buffalo because he put a huge buff of aloe on him!
