9: The Idol

"Help!"

Jisoo heard a voice call for help. She already left the filming site but came back because she forgot her phone.

Her eyes drifted upwards and she saw that Lisa was stuck on a platform where she must have worked on the lighting. The ladder was beside Jisoo.

The raven picked the ladder back up and held it until Lisa climbed down.

"Thank you." She sighed in relief once she was down. "Thought I had to sleep the night up there."

"No problem." Jisoo responded politely. "Why are you still here?"

"You didn't hear? This week a famous idol is coming to film a cameo, she is also singing an OST." Lisa said excitedly.

"And?"

"And I wanted everything to be perfect, so I tripple checked." Lisa muttered embarrassedly.

"You are a fan huh." Jisoo grinned teasingly.

"Who wouldn't be a fan of Rosé!" Lisa blushed.

Wait Rosé? Of course.... She once invited Jennie to a concert of hers. That's also where she officially asked her out.

"You can do this..." Jisoo spoke to herself in the mirror. "She is going to say yes and even if she says no you will survive." She gave herself a pep talk.

"Let's go." Jisoo brushed her hair and used some perfume which she usually never does. She placed the Miss Dior fragrance that she 'stole' from her mom's room back in its place.

She used her dad's Mercedes and drove up to Jennie's house. It was very formal the way she showed up with flowers and knocked.

Her brother Daniel was the one to open the door and called for Jennie who walked downstairs quickly. She seemed excited and shy at the same time as she saw Jisoo.

When Jisoo handed her the daisies, Jennie smiled brightly and thanked her. They went into Jisoo's car and listened to the car radio.

"I still can't believe you got us tickets to a show of Rosé." Jennie squealed. "When I write a drama, I will definitely want her to sing an OST."

"Hm," Jisoo hummed. "In that case we should go backstage and ask her."

"Are you kidding?" Jennie chuckled lightly. "The guards would toss us to the garbage and Rosé will be too busy to listen to us."

Jisoo grinned while she searched for an empty spot on the parking lot.

"So if I get us backstage and we talk to Rosé, will you do something for me in return?" Jisoo asked.
