          "TOPANGA, HOW COULD YOU BE sick?" Cory asked into the phone. Shawn and Dakota were sitting on the ledge beside the phone, waiting for Cory to finish his call. "I mean, you said you'd never catch a cold as long as you drank that trout fluid...I miss you so much and I- I'll- I'll call you after next period...Topy."

"Aww," the whole hall cooed.

"Oh drop dead! We're in love," Cory said.

"Not us," Shawn clarified, gesturing between him and Cory. "Do that again and I will hurt you," Shawn threatened quietly.

"Why? Wanna make sure all the girls know you're available?" Dakota teased.

"Sounds like your jealous," Shawn smirked, taking a step closer.

"There's not much to be jealous of," Dakota scoffed, also taking a step closer. "What could I possibly want to make me jealous?"

"You tell me," Shawn shrugged, taking a step closer.

"If you guys step any closer you'll be practically kissing," Cory intervened.

"Ew!" Dakota and Shawn grimaced.

"Oh please. You act like you've never done it before," Cory rolled his eyes.

"Did you tell him? I didn't tell him, so it had to be you," Dakota and Shawn spoke in unison. 

"Me and Topanga saw you guys share a kissy kiss in the park," Cory taunted.

"Do that again. I dare you," Dakota growled.

"Hi, Cory. Love that shirt," Libby complimented.

"Hey, thanks. Underneath it I'm half naked," Cory joked.

"I can't believe you just flirted with Libby Harper," Shawn smirked.

"Flirt? I was just being friendly," Cory defended.

"In a very sexual way," Dakota pressed.

"Guys, girls like Libby Harper don't flirt with me," Cory reminded the two.

"Well, that was before. Now you have 'the scent'," Shawn air quoted.

"Oh, well what exactly is 'the scent'?" Cory mocked the air quotes.

"Well, 'the scent'-"

"-alright, stop," Cory cut Dakota off, pushing her air quotes down.

"It means women want you," Dakota simply defined.

"Why?" Cory asked.

"Because they can't have you," Shawn answered.

"It's the same with guys. A lot of guys show interest in me because I'm always taken," Dakota shrugged.

"Yeah. You're with Topanga. They think you're unavailable, ergo they want you," Shawn continued.

"Did you just say 'ergo'?" Dakota asked in a borderline snicker.

"Let it go," Shawn rolled his eyes.

"You two are baddies," Cory said. "So one girl may have flirted with me. You're making it sound like all girls like, I don't know, Missy Robinson is gonna come over and suddenly make small talk."

"Cory," Missy called out, walking up to the trio.

"Yes Missy," Cory responded.

"Did you know that the sun sets today at 6:52?" she asked.
