Okay, so this ship is canon and a lot of people know what it is, but for anyone who doesn't, it's Harry and Ginny.
I really like this ship. I think that they're perfect for each other.
These are my reasons:
1) Ginny is a strong, resilient woman who is able to handle the load that comes with being the girlfriend and wife of the Boy Who Lived and the Chosen One.
2) Harry doesn't need someone who's bossy, or is always pestering him about one thing or another. He needs someone who can do things with him, instead of just wishing him luck when times get tough.
3) They have shared interests so they could bond over that.
I can understand some downsides to the ship, and there are some things that I think could have either made it better or helped it along.
1) I think that in the movies, Harry and Ginny's relationship is kind of sudden and unexplained. Honestly, it's kind of like that in the books too. I think that J.K. Rowling could have explained better why Harry suddenly liked her in a romantic way.
2) The movies don't show as much of Ginny's personality as the books do. If someone just watched the movies, they wouldn't understand why Harry likes Ginny as much as he does.
Overall, I love the ship, but it could be better.
