Right so how do I do this ok setting
A peaceful sunny day, surprisingly no pirates were running on rampage, the pink hair marine Koby was writing in his brown leather journal in his small room when he heard some commotion outside. They engaged in battle with a fearsome pirate group called the strawhat pirates.... Well it was just their captain he was winning alone anyways the marines made a guess that his crew were near or maybe they weren't.
Koby was just about to finish up writing when he heard his window shatter and an oddly familiar voice when he turned around it was Luffy. You couldn't miss him with his eye and x shaped scar and his one of a kind straw hat. Although Koby promised him that he was going to get strong enough to fight him he didn't expect to see Luffy again after the last time with the whole war and how he disappeared then reappeared. Upon seeing Luffy he could tell that he got way stronger, his muscles were visible and his haki felt powerful. Koby has been admiring Luffy for the longest time now and likes to talk about him any chance he gets. Now Koby sees Luffy after all this time he felt like he didn't deserve to have met him and before he knew it his eyes got all big and shiny he smiled from ear to ear and his cheeks as red as a cherry.
"LUFFY SAN." Koby shouted
As soon as he said that he heard footsteps it was the other marines looking for the pirate, Koby quickly rushed around his room looking for a place to hide Luffy he saw under the bed as the only option he then proceeded to grab Luffy from the window frame and stuff him under the bed all while trying not to mess up his hat. A bit after marines came bursting into his room Koby with sweat dripping down his face suspiciously pretends to write in his journal as if he didn't hear or see a thing.
"Captain we are looking for the pirate strawhat Luffy we think he launched himself in this room." The Marines said
"Uh a pirate no I didn't see any here haha uh but i think my window is broken but I can handle that." Koby said nervously
The Marines of course were suspicious of him but left anyway Koby let out a sigh of relief as the footsteps got further and further away Luffy got out from under the bed and dusted his hat off. Koby was so excited when he saw Luffy that he never asked why Luffy was there in the first place.
"Luffy, why are you here?" Koby asked
"Because I wanted to see how you were doing." Luffy chuckled
"Well I'm doing fine bye!" Koby said as he tried to rush Luffy out the window
Koby has already did some suspicious things like look at Luffy wanted posted while smiling he knew that hiding Luffy could get him fired and if they find out he is friends with Luffy they would probably capture him and question him or put a bounty on his head all things that he didn't want to happen but Luffy wasn't budging.
"Look it was nice to see you again BUT YOU HAVE TO GO." Koby said as he struggled to shove Luffy out the window
Koby knocked something over when he tried getting Luffy out the window making the marines come back to his room Koby was panicking then fell taking Luffy with him the marines burst through the door to not find Koby in his room anymore they both fell out of the window Luffy was carrying Koby like he was a princess while holding on to the window frame. Koby, still in shock with what just happened, curled up to become a bit smaller. When they heard the door close they crawled back to the room. Luffy started chuckling while Koby came back to his senses at least they were out of trouble. Koby then asked Luffy if he could leave Luffy then proceeded to grab Koby and jump out the window to the small boat he came out with.
"WHAT WHY HUH?" Koby asked as he questioned this friendship
"Let's go somewhere, do something I never get to see you." Luffy laughed
