Max gets into the mess hall and sits with Neil and Nikki, he doesn't say a word but he sees Gwen giving him a worried look while talking to David
"You're suddenly ok now?" Neil asked
"Yeah I'm fine I was just u-uh hungry, yeah I was hungry" even thought it was still total bullshit but Max obviously couldn't say anything with everyone around
"Alllllrighty campers today we have decided to give you a day off so enjoy yourselves!" David said with the most delight he possibly could
Dammit Max knew exactly why they were doing this but he didn't say a word, he tried to slip out with his friends but his plan failed. Gwen was the one who grapped him by his hood
"Now Max you know what we have to talk about" Said Gwen with a very soft and sweet tone
"Yeah yeah whatever" scoffed Max
David and Gwen got him into the counclers cabin so there was a bit more privacy
"So Max, when did you realize you were trans?" Asked David
"I dunno when I was like 8, but my parents hate it though, and deadname me"
"Well why is your name Max on your paperwork?" Gwen responded
"I filled out the paperwork, they just wanted me gone"
"Is there anyway for us to, help you?" David asked
"Don't tell people shit I'll most likely ask Gwen if I need anything for obvious reasons, if any of this gets out without me telling anyone I will never and I mean NEVER trust you again."
"Ok max we understand let us, or me know if you need anything we support you and we are here for you" Said Gwen
"Ok" Max said as he walked out of the counclers cabin
