Silver like pure white light,
Just like we were
Pharaonic like old times
Forever to stay
Never to end
The reflection on the waters edge;
A reality untrue
Silver like a knifes edge
A glistening perfection
Another world
Pure,
Untrue to you
Silver like the coins we never had,
A perfection we wished we knew,
The reflection is untrue
Bright like a diamond on the waters edge;
But like the cameras eye,
The reflection on the water; just like a life we wished,
Is far from what we see
The reflection untrue.
