I used to love the sun And the way her rays would shine down on me persistently, intensely, her heat caressed my skin. My face feverish With her blazing kisses; Warmth enveloped me in her splendid embrace. Rising each morning Her swollen amber welcomed me as she greets the day. Oh, how I longed for an eternal summer back then.
