Chapter 7

With Kara and Alex before seeing Barry and Caitlin kiss

After everyone was done speaking everyone head their appropriate ways but for our Kryptonian she was walking away until her sister pulled her into a room to speak with her 

"Kara what was with you being very pushy in having Caitlin and Barry stay at your place?" towards this Kara was looking away since she did not have the courage to look at her sister and tell her the truth so she tried lying an said "I just wanted to be nice and offer them a place to stay since, I believed that they would be uncomfortable of sharing a room especially since they are of the opposite gender and are not dating so I just thought it would be uncomfortable"  and if this was basically anyone else beside Alex it would have worked as a excuse but since it is Alex she was able to see clearly through her sister's lie. " Kara, I'm not dumb so  please tell me the true reason on why you where very insistent on having them stay over at your place?" it was silent for a little while until Kara spoke up and said " I was jealous" and the she went silent after that expecting that her sister would except it as a better answer but for Alex it was not so she then said "Jealous of what or who?" 

"I was jealous of Caitlin okay, from the time Barry returned she looked at him with love in her eyes and I was just giving the benefit of the doubt in which it was something that has always happened but the second Barry broke of his engagement with Iris  he then returned that type of look towards her and if I'm going to be true to myself, I think I have always loved Barry since the day I met him but decided it was not worth my time and them when I saw him again these feelings resurfaced but by then he was with Iris already and now when we went to go get him when he came out of the Speed Force and heard him say that he loved me, I was surprised and scared of everything of what was happening and when he broke the engagement, I feared that he did it because of me and when I heard how they were going to stay with each other I want to stop them from getting close and have a relationship so I can have it instead" 

It was silent in the room until Alex spoke up and said "Kara, I understand on how you want to feel loved again and that you are scared of getting in a relationship so quick after the one you had before was ended not that long ago, but if you stay in this fear of rejection you would end up regretting not asking Barry in the first place, and that is not to say he will end up with you like there is the possibility he can be with Caitlin but you have to take the big jump since what is the worst that can happen". Kara took her sister's word to heart and thought on how there is nothing worst that could happen to her by just expressing her feelings.

Well Kara was thinking to herself in how wrong she was in that what could be worst than rejection well let her tell you the worst thing that could have happened was to see the man you love kissing a other girl especially the one your where jealous of. It was just a little bit after the talk Kara and Alex had, and they were walking to Barry and Caitlin's room and Kara was about to knock but something caught her eye through the window blinds and when she and her sister saw the two people in the room kissing it broke her heart completely since she noticed on how she was to late to confess her feeling's  and Alex was feeling like shit since she was the one who told her sister to be bold and tell her crush/love her true feelings but in the end she caused her more heart brake. Both the sister's would have stayed there a little bit longer but heard both of the people inside move to the door and both knew that they had to move, even though Kara was still crying  a lot she moved her sister and herself to a other place to not get caught and when they where in the clear Kara just fell to the floor and cried.

Earth-1 Breach Room

We see everyone who where on earth-38 come back and inside the breach room there we see our Daxamite, he was there when Alex came back to say that Barry was in the DEO med bay and when Mon-el heard these news he was not going to lie to himself he was wishing Barry did not return and it was not due to him hating the speedster if not knowing the possibility of getting close to Iris and having a possibility to be with her will be very low. Mon-el was starting to think on how he broke up with Kara since he started to fall in love with Iris and  that now he knew that his chance has passed but he got knocked out his thoughts when the members of Team Flash came through the breach room and when Mon-el was looking at everyone who came out of the breach he noticed two people are missing but he also noticed on how Iris had tear stains on her face so he decided to speak up and said "Guys were are Caitlin and Barry?" towards this Cisco answered by saying "Well for some reason Barry can't go through any of the breaches I have made so he had to stay on earth-38 and Caitlin decided to stay so she can help Barry out to figure a way back home" towards this he just nodded and decided to ask Iris a question he maybe knew that he was going to regret "Iris are you okay cause it seems that you have been crying?" but he got no answer from Iris at all instead she just walked out of the Breach room and he got his answer when Joe started to speak "Uhh, when Barry woke up he was in a delusional state were nobody understood him, but we brought him back and when he started speaking "normally"  he broke of the engagement with Iris and said that he did not love her anymore since the time he spent in the Speed force changed him" and after that everyone left the breach room but Mon-el stood there not knowing of how he is supposed to feel since he was delighted Barry broke the engagement but sad that Iris had her heart broken but then when he thinks about it he did the same to Kara obviously not having the same commitment but it was still a serious relationship at the time. Then there were alarms going of in Star Labs so Mon-el rushed out of the Breach Room and towards the Cortex and what he saw was  a sphere of some sort containing a person inside and then the spherical pod stated to open and what came out surprised him.
