He held my hand.

I expected a kiss,
but to my surprise he hugged me.

I hesitantly hugged him back.

He rested his head
on my shoulder.

"I have a cute cat, is that not enough?"
He teased, I laughed.

It felt comforting.

He lifted his head to look into my eyes.

Without thinking I kissed him,
he kissed my forehead.

"The cat was enough,"
He said, I chuckled.

"Not quite,"
I joked, I heard a disappointed
meow from Koda.

I let go of Shinso and
sat against the counter island,
Koda jumped into my arms.

"He likes you, I thought I was his favorite"
Shinso said, a betrayed look.

I saw Koda give him a look of disagreement.

I scratched Koda's ear.

"Good boy,"
I joked.

Shinso glared at Koda,
it's like they had their own language.

He walked over
and picked up Koda.

Shinso put Koda on the floor.

He looked into my eyes.
Walking closer.

He moved his hand up my thigh
and kissed my neck.

"I won't be beat by Koda,"
He said, smiling into my neck.

He lifted me up onto the counter,
I decided that I'd change it up a bit.

I quickly switched to push him onto the counter,
he held his breath as I kissed his neck once.

I smiled as I saw the confused look on Shinso's face.

I took off his shirt,
running my fingers through his hair.

He tried to use his scarf.

I tugged his head back by his hair,
careful not to hurt him.

I kissed his lips as I reached lower,
Shinso's groans as the kiss became rough.

Just as I felt it I stepped back,
he had a look to tell me I wasn't finished.

"Sounds like a you problem sweetheart."

I winked.

Looking up at the clock,
we still had some time.

I spotted his scarf that was on the hook by the door.

"Your scarf, how does it work?"
I asked him, he made the fabric float up.

"Want me to show you?"
He asked, an obvious ulterior motive.

I nodded to see just how far he'd go.

He explained how the scarf could be harsh or more fluid in movement depending on the intention.

I zoned out a bit.

Feeling the scarf wrap around my thigh, slowly make its way under my shirt and back out.

A complicated string of movements following.

"You're not listening, are you kitten?~"
He asked me, I looked him in the eye.

Kitten?
My curiousity picked up more.

"Of course I am,"
I lied.

He made one end of the scarf wrap around my neck.

"Then you'd know how to loosen its grip."
He said, a devilish smile on his face.

The scarf tightened,
I didn't even try to loosen it.

He tugged on it with his hand.

My neck jerked forward.

It didn't hurt much,
Shinso put two fingers under the scarf.

I kissed his lips softly.

"Did I ask you to do that?"
He asked me, I chuckled.

The scarf getting tighter around my neck.

"So you wanna play like that?"
I teased, he smirked.

Shinso looked deeply into my eyes.

"Not that I'm fully opposed to the idea~"
I wouldn't mind this going a bit further, I'd never felt this way before and I didn't dislike being this close with him.

He tugged on his end of the scarf like a leash, my scarf covered neck being pulled forward again.

"Well? What do you say kitten?~"
He whispered in my ear.

I wanted to draw this out and make him beg for me.

"I say times up, maybe next time"
I told him, it'd been ten minutes.

The scarf retracted and he put it back on its hook.

"Better luck next time. Master~"
I lowered my tone to tease.

His cheeks flushed a bit, but he didn't seem to mind his new potential title.

I walked out of his apartment, a smile on my face awaiting my next visit there.

I got a text.

'Get here now.'

It was from Tokoyami, I rushed there in a panic.

What happened?

I never got emergency texts like that.

I opened the door and finally caught my breath, I stood beside Shoto and asked what was going on.

He said that there was an unplanned meeting, a hero that should be here any second.

It was Mirio, he stood there with tear filled eyes. Him and Tamaki were together, or so I heard.

"Tamaki... he." Mirio tried to regain his composure.

"Tamaki he told me what happened... with Kirishima." Shoto went to interrupt but I stopped him.

"Tamaki left a note... he saw Kirishima, but underneath it was Toga Himiko. She used Kirishima to fuel Tamaki's anger... Tamaki killed an innocent." He paused.

"The note read that he couldn't live with himself after he had heard that, Toga told Kirishima that he was going to die. He came here willingly, he knew he'd never be able to outrun it... Tamaki is gone. All I ask is for you to let me join him." Mirio looked up at the sky.

"Take what you need, take every last penny. I just can't be this far from him any longer." Mirio asked.

Shoto nodded in understanding.

I waited as Mirio breathed slowly as he became fully ready.

Shoto gave me the signal, I walked up to Mirio.

"I hope your souls may find peace," I spoke to him, tapping his forehead with my index finger.

I used my quirk, making sure he felt no pain and that all he saw was his beloved Tamaki in his final moments.

Mirio's body fell, devoid of life.

I left the room as per Shoto's orders.
My mind wandered.

Sitting in my room I imagined the pain Mirio felt, knowing he had lost the love of his life to a horrible misunderstanding and chain of mistakes.

I cried a few tears, knowing how even before he died Mirio's eyes looked lifeless with pain when he walked in..

I looked up, at least they're together again now.

It was late now. I fell asleep, a dreamless state.
