Guidence | Gyomei Himejima (Blind! Reader)

"Excuse me sir! I apologize for being an inconvenience but could you please help me carry this basket back to my home? It's to heavy for me and I'd rather not stay outside eat night.." Y/n gently approached a very tall male with black hair.

He turned around and turned his head down to the smaller girl.

"Ah, of course." The male picked up the basket and began to follow the girl to her home.

As they were walking the male asked, l"if you don't mind may I asked where all the other villagers are? I cannot sense any other human here."

"...No one else lives here. They were killed by a few demons, a massacre." Y/n's stomach slightly dropped at the memory of all those people she knew gone.

"But that's not important! Thank you very much sir! You can just set it on the ground, I should be able to take it from here!" Y/n thanked as she bowed to the male.

"You're welcome.." The male tilted his head upwards towards the village. Y/n followed his glance and turned around to look behind her.

The vibe it was giving off was slightly tense.

Y/n felt a huge burst of wind push her back as her ears began ringing.

Her vision was shaken as she felt herself land on the ground.

She felt a warm liquid drip down the side of her head as she felt herself become lost.

She tried to stand but was soon taken off of the ground. Within second she was in the forest that surrounded the lonely village.

She could hear a muffled voice as the ringing disappeared and pain began to take over everything.

She reached her hand up to her head and felt blood.

"What.. happened?" She slowly looked at her hand as she looked to see who was carrying her.

"A demon. Seems they have found a bomb." The male was running at incredible speeds as he dashed through the trees.

"She'll definitely have trauma, there's no doubt about it! I wouldn't recommend leaving her on her own though. Even after she recovers she should probably stay with you. She may even be paralyzed." A sweet high pitched voice explained as a warm feeling came from a window.

Y/n gently pushed herself up, she winced at the pain in her head as she opened her eyes.

Something wasn't right though..

Her eyes were open right? Then why couldn't she see?

Y/n moved her hand up to her face. She gently felt under her eye. Her eyes were definitely opened.

"My my! That's unexpected! I didn't know the bomb hit her eyes!" The same voice said. Footsteps led to the side of the girl. She seemed to be on a bed.

"Hello there! My name is Kocho Shinobu!"

"I am.. Y/n. Y/n L/n.." Y/n hesitated slightly as her name took a second to come to mind.

"Do you remember the man that you met back at the village?" It seemed the Shinobu girl was writing something down on paper.

"Y-Yes. I need to thank him for saving me!" Y/n quickly turned her head to Shinobu.

"Actually he's here right now! Himejima-San why don't you come over here!" Shinobu exclaimed while large footsteps could be heard.

"Thank you for saving me Mr. Himejima!" Y/n was quick to show her gratitude to he man who saved her life.

"Of course, it is a part of my job." The same deep voice she remembered from the village sounded the exact same.

Y/n held onto the mans arm are she took a step outside of the butterfly estate. Y/n caught a smell of wisteria in her nose.

"Is that.. wisteria?" Y/n asked while turning her head to the man.

"Ah yes. We are walking by a wisteria tree at the moment." Gyomei replied.

Y/n let go of his arm and took small steps towards to tree. She felt the ground for a bench but was unsuccessful.

She sat on the ground by the trunk as the wisteria leaves fell.

"Your kimono will get dirt on it if you're alright with that. You can sit on my haori if you want." Gyomei said as he sat beside the girl.

"That's alright."

"Hey Gyomei-San?"

"Yes?"

"You don't have to stay here to tale care of me if you don't want to."

"I'll stay, I like sitting under these trees anyways."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I am your guide. I will help you whenever you want."
