"Seonghwa do we really have to come here?" - I asked, holding his hand tightly and watching the old and dilapidated door open with a creepy creak.
The house in front of us was so scary that my blood froze in my veins.

The house was on the end of town and it was old and faded, and there were rumors that here, 100 years ago, a man killed his whole family.

Remembering that story, I began to shake even more by holding Seonghwa's hand tighter. Seonghwa suggested to me yesterday to visit this old house that everyone bypassed for obvious reasons, and I have no idea why I agreed.

"Love, I want to show your ex that he's not as brave as he thinks and show him his place." - he gave a sharp look to a group of three people behind us, in which were:
Jaehyun, my ex,
my best friend Woobin and
his girlfriend, Mijeon, who is Seonghwa's best friend. We met through the two of them, when they invited us on a date in four, 3 months ago.
It wasn't weird for me when I heard Seonghwa's suggestion, considering he likes things like this, but I wonder why he would call Jaehyun, that is, my ex?

"Just stick to me and everything will be fine."
he kissed my hair and pulled me inside the house. The others followed us without showing fear, which was not the case with me. There was a big cobweb in the corners with big spiders, and the floor creaked at some creepy melody.

A cold breeze coming from nowhere was blowing around my neck, making my skin shiver. All the objects in the room were covered with old and stained sheets that had a thick layer of dust on them, proving that no one had entered here for years.
I approached the only window that wasn't broken, wanting to look at the scenery but some glass fell off the frame raising a cloud of dust.
I coughed a couple of times, inhaling the dust, and Seonghwa chuckled as he approached me and hugged me.

"I'm going down this hallway." Jaehyun said coldly and headed for the dark hallway alone. At that moment, the power suddenly went out. The cold breeze began to blow harder, raising dust around us. There were creepy whispers of unknown words that scared me as hell as well as Mijeon which I could assume from her scream.

Seonghwa's hand disappeared from my waist and I began to rummage through the darkness like a lost child with my hands trying to find him. My hands hit something else, and when the light came back on, I saw that I was touching Woobin.

"Are you looking for something princess?" he asked, holding me by the chin and bringing his face close to mine. I pushed him away and laughed because he was always flirting with me out of a joke.

"Where's Seonghwa?" I asked them and they just shrugged.

At that moment, a painful scream of a male voice was heard that made me shiver. My heart started beating faster because I was afraid something had happened to Seonghwa. I ran in the direction where the scream was heard and Woobin and Mijeon followed me.
With a loud punch, I opened the door and stopped in place until my heart almost stopped.

Jaehyun lay lifeless in a pool of blood with a knife piercing right in his heart. His face was turned towards us, and his frightened expression told us that someone had suddenly killed him. The bloody footsteps moved right from Jaehyun's body all the way to the wall and disappeared there. What's going on here?!
Is this house really haunted?

My gaze wandered around the room looking for any clue from Seonghwa, but nothing was in sight. I started crying with my head resting on Mijeon's shoulder, and she stroked my hair to calm me.

"Y/n, I'm sure Seonghwa is fine and that he's

here somewhere." I nodded, still crying and
