"Who is that girl? Why is she bleeding so much, did you get into another fight?" San ran his fingers through his hair frustrated. "No I did not get into another fight, I saw a random wooden box floating down the river so I took it." San's looked around before smacking San. "You what? What if that box belong to someone else, you are going to get us in trouble. Do you think I have enough money to pay for all of that? I can't even get you to school." San's father sighed rubbing his temple. San lightly pouted. "How was I suppose to know, I thought there would be money in there just look at the quality of that box."  SAN's father began hitting him again. "Aiya what am I gonna do with you. I should of went before your mother." "Fine, fine I will take care of it. Don't worry about it." The door opened revealing the doctor. "How is she? Is she ok?" The doctor nodded closing the door. "Her head was bleeding a lot so I covered it with a cloth, she will wake up soon." San raised an eyebrow. "Is that the only wound on her? Her skirt is full of blood is there no other wound?" The doctor shook his head. "I don't see any scar on her legs or thigh." San nodded before walking inside to see you sleep. You were still in the same bloody clothes which cringe San, how is there so much on you. San notice how expensive your clothes look but ignored it. "Doctor, perhaps is there any female physician who can come here and change her?" The doctor thought for a while before nodding. "There is, I will go back and get one." San bowed to the doctor before he left.
"Did you catch any fish?" San new he was gonna get in trouble for leaving all his stuff at the river, slowly entering his room San gave a nervous laugh. "I um kinda forgot it at the river." Closing the door right after San locked it hearing his father bang from outside. "Once you step foot outside I will cut your legs off and feed them to our chickens." San sighed before sitting down against the wall leaning his head back. San took out his extra pair of clothes setting them next to you before examining your face. "Cheonsa." A light knock was heard from the door. Walking to the door San opened it slowly seeing a middle age female physician. "Where is the young lady?" San moved back making way for the physician. "This way." The physician walked in making San leave closing the door right after him. "Father what are you doing?" San's father was fanning the fire place checking on the rice porridge he had just started cooking. "I am making this rice porridge for that lady when she wakes up, make sure sure she eats it." San raised an eyebrow. "Are you going somewhere." San's father got up giving the fan to San to hold. "I will not come home tonight, don't wait for me." 

That night San watched you sleep fixing the blanket to make sure you wouldn't be cold. He could easily go sleep in his father's room but he didn't want to leave you in case you might wake up and panic. The candle has been lit too long almost running out. Eyes droopy San leaned against the wall slowly closing his eyes. A thought ran through SAN's head as he shoots his eyes opened. "Why haven't she move yet?" You have been sleeping so still it was very off. San put his hands over your nose to see if you were breathing. It felt like nothing scaring San, his heartbeat raised thinking he could be watching a dead person. San didn't know a way to check if your heart was beating without putting his hand over your chest, even though you might be dead he would never touch a women inappropriately without consent. Slowly climbing on top San gently laid his head on your chest to see if your heart was beating. "Woah, I really thought she was dead." Pushing himself off you your eyes shoot opened. Seeing an unknown person you screamed pushing him off making him scream along. The candle had finally died making the room dark. You screamed kicking anything near hitting San multiple times. "Ah stop it lady!" Not seeing anything San had finally grabbed your hands pinning them holding you still. "Please stop I will not hurt you." You went silent breathing heavily. Getting off you San walked back to the candle lighting up a new one which quickly shines the whole room. Turning towards you look away using the blanket to cover you awkwardly. "What's your name?" You sat staring blankly at the ground not answering. San sighed before sitting across you. "I said what is your name?" The tired man rubbed his temples leaning back with his hands on the ground. "Are you ok? Do you remember anything?" You were confused and scared, why couldn't you remember anything? "I-I don't know." San gave you a worried look raising his eyes brows.

Y/N's P.O.V

My hands began to shake uncontrollably, I was scared. I look at the unknown man with teary eyes. "I-I don't know." I mumbled as tears threaten to leave my eyes. The man in front of me raised his eyebrows sighing, he didn't look satisfy at all. "What was I expecting, your head was badly hurt." I didn't even realize my head was wrapped up, there was a stinging pain but it was bearable. I had so many questions of why I was here and who this man was to me. "D-do you know me?" He gave me a questioning look. "If I knew you why would I ask for your name?" I look down avoiding his gaze after feeling embarrassed by y slow question. "My name is San, we don't know each other. I found you floating down the river when I was fishing, maybe you had drown and hit your head against rocks." I played with my fingers feeling relief that I at least know why I lost my memories. "Don't worry, we will work together to find your memories. I can also help you find your family but once you are back you owe me money." I look up at him once again thinking what kind soul. Zoning out San waved his hands getting back my attention. "Are you ok?" I nodded giving San a weak smile. "Well, do you want to be called by anything? Should we give you a name for now?"
