☆~ Adora's point of view ~☆
"Ugh, what am I doing out here, the other's were totally right... This is crazy!" After a fifteen minute long search through the woods, I have discovered many plants and small creatures that I never even knew existed. I'm starting to give up hope on this sword I saw before, maybe the other's were right... am I brain damaged? "There's no sword, I must have just gotten hit on the head a little too hard. I should just go back home and forget about all of this."
I step over the roots of one out of the many blue trees scattered around the woods with uncertainty of continuing my quest. I'm about to turn around and head back home, but a bright glow in the distance catches my attention. That has to be it, doesn't it?
I curtain the leaves that block my view of the source of the glow, showing the same sword from before, hugged by vines as if it had been there for centuries, but glowing as bright as the sun! YES I'M NOT GOING CRAZY!
"Bow, just let me lead the way, okay?" I hear a faint voice from behind the bushes on my left.
"The light came from the edge of the forest, but my tracker pad says different though." Another replies.
"Well, you saw the light, it's this way, i'm sure of it." The two people step into my view. A tall brown haired boy wearing tightly fit golden armor, and a short purple haired clumsy looking girl with an army of glitter floating around her. We all lock eyes before they start yelling and charging at me! "Horde soldier!"
"I see her!" The bow yells back as he aims an arrow at me.
Before I could get shot, I make a dash towards the sword, out running both of them. Just as I'm about to grab it, the sparkly girl appears right in front of me as if she's teleported there and grabs the sword before vanishing into thin air. How did she do that!
I gasp with the realisation. Magic! She must be a princess! This is my chance, oh my gosh, I'm face to face with a real princess! A real enemy... I pounce at the girl after she reappears again.
"Bow! Catch!" She squeals, tossing the sword at her friend. Wow, ever heard of 'sword safety'?
"Give me the sword!" I growl about the charge at him, but no, of course, the glitter girl teleports again landing on me shrieking and pulling my hair as if she doesn't know how to fight. "Get off!" I demand as I toss her off my back, giving me a chance to catch up with the holder of the sword.
I toss a rope at the running boy that wraps around his legs, causing him to fall over, dropping the sword. Yes! Nice hit Adora! "Stand down, I don't want to hurt you!"
"Ugh, since when do Horde Soldier ever not want to hurt anyone?" Whines the childish voice of Princess Sparkles. She builds up a ball of magic, and slams it on the ground before my feet, creating a cloud of glitter stopping me from seeing what is happening outside the cloud.
I swat at the glitter and jump onto the girl before her friend jumps on me, pancaking us. We all tug at each others arms and legs, each trying to get to the sword.
My fingers, they're so close to it, I could almost... just... touch... it...!
My fingers slip around the handle, but before I could grab onto it, the centre of the sword ejects a bright shiny light, even brighter than its natural light, blinding me.
☆~ Daria's point of view ~☆
It's been at least four hours later and Adora still hasn't shown up. I don't know if I should feel betrayed for her being so slow causing us to get the blame from Shadow Weaver, or if I should feel worried for her, why is she not back yet?
