*Cato's POV*
I wasn’t supposed to break down but I can fight it. I know I can trust Zora. She even offered herself to help.
“I think I got a plan.” she said confidently,
“Whoa! At that instant? I wasn’t even able to think what should I do for a long time.”
“Yeah. But you’re fast in making stupid decisions.” I know she’s being sarcastic.
“So what’s the plan? Hope it fascinates me.”
“Certainly. It would. Just a simple thing, go and talk to her.”
No doubt, it’s just simple and I even think about it for a long time yet I think it won’t work out.
“Great. Even kids can think about it. That’s also my idea. It won’t work that easy so it’s quite impossible.”
“I know. There are chances she’ll forgive you but great chances she won’t after all the lies you told her. But it’s worth the risk, why not do it. Okay?.”
I nod.
“I think I should pay the Capitol a visit. What do you think?.”
“Of course you need to, in what way do you think you’ll be able to see her? Brains Cato, brains!”
“Seriously Zora? You didn’t get my humor? My sarcasm?.”
She just turns red in shame.
“You’re not good at making it. That’s why it’s not effective.” she points out.
Then I remember how much Clove appreciates my humor even if it’s already bromidic.
“Oh, I almost forgot. The quartes quell is fast approaching. So, I suggest you should go within the week.”
I almost forgot about it. Time flies. Can’t believe that it’s almost a year after I made the deal.
