The real purpose of a hijab is not to cover your head or body but to dress in a way which is modest.
Sadly, many of our muslims sisters wear a hijab not for Allah but to beautify themselves.
A muslim should cover herself in every occasion. In the world we are now, you will find ladies disclosing the beauty that Allah has given them in front of mahraams( people who can marry them) in the name of it is a celebration.
If you are not among them, at least you have seen one or two in weddings not even putting on their hijab. The petty sins we're doing, saying it is just for a little time. Ignorance is destroying our society. Just know, Allah is watching every step we take. There are angles recordings our deeds.
You find a muslim lady agreeing to take off her hijab in the name of a job. These are just worldy things, we should strive to build our hereafter. Never allow any temptation to come in your way.
A muslim woman is allowed to beautify herself in front of her husband only and not for the whole world to see. Nowadays, it is the opposite. I am not saying you should not groom well but what you do, ask yourself am I am pleasing my Creator? Am I going against the teachings of the religion?
If you don't put on a hijab for one reason or another it's never too late. Maybe, you have no one to remind you. You've been reminded today. Change. Change for the better.
